Villa Samoa is an impressive residence in Albufeira, ideal for groups or families seeking comfort, privacy and a relaxed environment for a memorable holiday in the Algarve.



The spacious living room and bright dining area create a perfect space for moments together, with direct access to the outside.



On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed en suite with shower, a bedroom with bunk beds and a service bathroom.



On the first floor there are four bedrooms, one with two single beds en suite with shower, one with two single beds, and two bedrooms with a double bed en suite with shower, all prepared to offer maximum comfort.



On the lower floor there is a games room with a bar and snooker table.



The kitchen is fully equipped, offering a functional space for preparing meals, with easy access to the outdoor area.



The exterior features a private pool, heated pool (additional cost), patio with seating area and a barbecue, perfect for leisure time and outdoor meals.



Located on a quiet street in Santa Eulália, the villa is close to restaurants, bars, beaches such as Santa Eulália and Praia da Oura, as well as the lively Rua da Oura, Praia dos Pescadores and the historic centre of Albufeira.



The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 12 guests.

From the 13th to the 14th guest, an additional charge will be levied which includes an extra bed.



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
