This wonderful vacation rental houses 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and accommodates up to 11 lucky guests! The King Master Suite encompasses most of the 3rd floor of the home, and includes a large private balcony overlooking the community pool, as well as a luxurious Master Bath. The other three bedrooms include Queen beds in two of the bedrooms, and bunk beds are provided in the fourth bedroom. Be sure to bring along the household chef and take advantage of the state of the art kitchen to enjoy a good home cooked meal. The open living room has plenty of seating for everyone and a large flat screen TV for viewing pleasure.

It was my birthday weekend and it was peaceful and beautiful. I enjoyed the beautiful beach and cool nights.

We really enjoyed our stay and it was a quick walk to the beach! We just wished the pool/hot tub would have stayed open later than 10pm.

Great family spot!

Everything was pretty good! Everything was as described! Comfy beds , huge showers! , nice sitting areas . Only negative thing was floors dirty! Definitely do not walk barefoot! Otherwise my group loved loved it ! Great location

Great Location & Great Value!

We’ve stayed in St. Tropez three times now. Very spacious house for the money. We spent most of our time on the tranquil porch. Perfect layout for two families. The interior design is not exactly beachy or current but it is clean, comfortable and well maintained. Beautiful pool and easy beach access. We love the lush landscaping and feeling hidden away from the busy road. Convenient to everything in the area.

Beautiful Beach Vacation Hime

Beautiful home, comfy beds and magnificent patios on all levels. The absolute only room for improvement is that the kitchen needs to be restocked and updated with pots and pans and drink wear, Kuerig coffee maker would be a plus! Also, Discount for beach umbrellas and chairs would have been nice.

Outstanding!

It was a cold freeze with weather. but property was well cleaned and as described. Restaurants around was amazing and be sure to use the check in portal for great restaurants! I recommend bijoux! Property management kept in touch and was very professional! Great family time we had a chef come and cook for us! Was amazing!!

Great place and location but…

We’ve stayed at other units that were better stocked kitchen wise. Other curios things like no batteries in tv remotes, only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and not the best sitting/chair situation on the main second story balcony. Again, being a little picky here, but compared to other units it was the least impressive stay. But it’s still a fabulous location and setup overall. Definitely recommend and definitely would stay here again at the end of the day. Thanks for another great family vacation.

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY & LOVELY STAY

This is a beautiful property with a fabulous layout. I give it 5 stars despite these issues: Overall, a bit tired. The bedroom carpeting needs to be replaced, blinds in the third floor master bedroom are aged and one does not retract (must stand on a chair to roll it up to enjoy the view), the walls of the two first floor bedrooms need crack and water stain treatment and painting, the sliding glass doors are resistant to opening and closing (perhaps just need tracks cleaned). It should be noted there is a garage, but it is not accessible, though that was not a problem since we had only one car and parked it in the driveway. Regardless, a lovely stay.

Family Vacation

Beautiful home and neighborhood. Steps to the community pool right off the back patio. Close walk to the beach but no ramp which makes the wagon difficult to manage. Fantastic location: Walking distance to Win Dixie, beverage store, CVS, gas station. Close to Publix, several shopping Outlets, Alvin’s Island, and thrifting. Our only issue was with the washer and refrigerator. The washer needs maintenance or a deep cleaning. It left our clothes smelling extremely soured and the freezer shelf is broken so we had to throw away most of the frozen food because you couldn’t close the door. Over all fabulous vacation.

So many problems

I feel like I spent my vacation being a property manager. I was continually calling maintenance for things breaking (hot water, air conditioning, the 3rd floor balcony railing nearly fell off while my son and I were up there). The location was great but the property management was hit or miss (sometimes they were on top of it and other times they just ignored the requests). I got there and the house was filthy. Dirty dishes in the cabinets, a pair of tweezers next to the TV, the TV didn't work so I had to fix that because none of the cables were plugged in, the hot water didn't work in the master bath, the blinds in the master bedroom were broken so I had no view from my room, the locks to the master bath and bed were all either broken or missing, none of the TV remotes had batteries, the children's bedroom door had a huge gap in it when closed so they had to change in the master closet so they could have privacy which in turn gave me less privacy. Long story short, the house was an absolute disaster, but the location was good. That's the only reason we stayed. My kids had fun at the pool and beach while I stressed about the balcony and one of my kids falling to their death. The kids ended up staying with me in master bedroom after that so I could make sure none of them would go out on the balcony at night and lean on the railing. It was my worst nightmare of a house. I have never spent this much money on a house before and I don't think I ever will again. Very upset

Listed as 4 Bedroom but really a 3!

The bedroom listed as the 4th room had a horrible pull out couch and was very old with a collapsed mattress and no usable closet space. If we would have know this we would have picked another property. The downstairs bedrooms are very dark and had electrical wires hanging from ceiling fan in one of the rooms. Kitchen utensils were few and very worn. Did not have a baking sheet so had to go buy one and left it to donate to next renter. There is mold/mildew in master shower tile that needs to be professionally removed and cleaned. The refrigerator gasket seal is broken and is hanging from the bottom which made it hard to keep food cold. Water utilities showed up while we were there and provided a water cut off notice for nonpayment, called property manager and they took care of that. There are several other minor issues with this property that need attention as it appears to be somewhat neglected. Location is great, pool area is great and had a great time. My suggestion is to find another house in same complex that has been taken care of.

Pleasant

I would have rated it a 4.5 instead of 3.7 if the couch and chair, which were the only seating areas in the living space, were not filthy. It looked and smelled bad and also the seat cushions on the outside were obviously dirty. The rest of the place looked clean but when you have that as an eye and nose sore, it affects the quality and rating of the vacation.

It’s just okay

Beautiful house but A lot of things were broken especially the the lights in first floor bedrooms ..broken dressers. Gum stuck to headboard gross!! Closet doors were where off. lights where broken very dark . No pillow covers .third floor sofa bed is uncomfortable. Master bathroom door is broken doesn’t latched and blinds keep breaking. Called and replaced but still not functional. Sad . No concerns!! So close to neighbors. Some neighbors live there and make you feel comfortable. I’ll never stay again. You purchased a place and the association rents out the homes and doesn’t realize that the home rentals are available to others with families etc with children/ adult children etc and are snotty!! Absolutely not welcoming. Oh by the way hated that isn’t any blinds or curtains on the second floor windows. Everything was open for anybody to see in .

Lovely home in a central location

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at St. Tropez. It was a quiet neighborhood with the right amount of space in the home for 5 of us. The home was stocked with the essentials. The complaint(s): we had a hard time figuring out which remote control belonged and controlled the television. I recommend providing instruction to guide a user as to which remote control is for what television and ensuring batteries are placed in the remotes. Another issue is the whirlpool was a tad noisy and distracting especially for those on the lower level of the home. Another issue is that the lower level bedroom did not have a nightstand, just a bed and television. The nightstand makes it convenient to situate items so would be a nice furniture piece to add for convenience. However, with regards to getting the television straight the PM came quick and resolved our issue. Over all, a comfortable and lovely home and would return.

Very nice place to stay

Overall,this property and the entire complex is so beautiful. The only complaint we have is the second level toilet wont flash, the assistance were immediate and the stuff was helpful.
