Welcome to Latitude Adjustment, a beautifully renovated beach home located in the gated Emerald Shores community in Miramar Beach.

With 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, accommodations for up to 12 guests, private beach access, and a complimentary beach setup, Latitude Adjustment makes it easy to settle in and start enjoying your vacation from the moment you arrive.

Whether you’re planning a family vacation, a getaway with friends, or a multi-generational trip, you’ll have plenty of room to spread out while still enjoying spaces designed for everyone to be together.

The Home

The bright, open main level brings together the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, creating a comfortable gathering space for shared meals, games, and relaxing after a day at the beach.

With three full bathrooms, including a private ensuite in the primary suite, there’s plenty of space for everyone to get ready for the day. The first floor also includes a full bathroom and in-home laundry, especially convenient after long beach days.

Upstairs, the primary suite features its own private balcony, a quiet spot for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. Two additional guest rooms provide comfortable accommodations for family and friends, while flexible bunk spaces give kids and additional guests a place of their own.

The third-floor bunk room has its own balcony and creates a fun, tucked-away space that’s especially great for kids and teens.

Outdoor Living

Multiple outdoor spaces give you plenty of opportunities to enjoy the Florida sunshine and coastal breeze. The wraparound balcony is a favorite spot for morning coffee, an afternoon break, or relaxing together at the end of the day.

A gas grill makes it easy to enjoy dinner at home after a full day at the beach.
