Enhed 114 - Nyd walk-out balkonen og GRATIS BEACH SERVICE

Islander Condo # 114 er en gyldenhed i West View, der sover op til 6 personer. Denne enhed er perfekt, hvis du vil være i nærheden af poolen og ikke ønsker at kæmpe mod trappen eller elevatoren. Det er 50 meter væk fra poolen, og balkonen træder videre til græsset. Gå ind i vores tropiske paradis bekvemt placeret for hurtig og nem adgang til stranden eller dit valg af to puljer.

Køkkenet er for nylig renoveret med nye apparater i rustfrit stål i GE, herunder køleskab med dobbelt dør og is i døren, nye bordplader i granit og er fuldt udstyret med alle værktøjer, der imødekommer dine madlavningsbehov. Saml dig omkring det nyligt polstrede spisebord med plads til 6 eller slap af i opholdsstue med nye møbler for at se det 47 ”Smart TV med digital kabeladgang og en Streaming Blue Ray-afspiller. Der er en dronning sovesofa til rådighed for gæsterne.

Det store soveværelse har en kingsize-seng med nyt, moderne strøelse, ny madras og et 28 "tv med en Streaming Blue Ray-afspiller. Badeværelset har opdateret forfængelighed, bordplader og en walk-in bruser. Gæstesoveværelset kan prale med 2 enkeltsenge i kantsenge med moderne møbler og et 24 ”tv med en video. Gæstebadeværelset er blevet opdateret med en ny forfængelighed og bordplader. Gulvet er nyt i hele lejligheden.

Great place!

We really enjoyed staying here! The pool was just steps from our back door. Parking space right on our front door. Few minutes from Destin Harbour Boardwalk. We really love the location of this apartment. Hopefully we will come back!

Reviewer Comments: we have been staying at the islander about 11 years. and i was not happy about room 114. we had bugs the whole time. they looked like roaches. we went to the front desk every day to tell them and they said they would call someone to come out. they never came out to spray. someone said the bug was called something else i cant remember the name. but they were every where. on the counter tops all over the kitchen in our bathrooms. as much as we love coming here every year i just was upset having to deal with that. i did love how much sleeping space they had in the room though.

Reviewer Comments: Stayed at the ISLANDER a total of 9 times throughout the years. This time made it to where i will not be coming back. It has progressively gotten worse in the last 6 years and i wasnt able to vacation there in the last 2 years due to covid concerns and small children but this time was terrible. Dirty, dingy, falling apart, bugs, roaches, loud rude people, rude staff, overpriced, i will not be coming back and i used to love this place.

Our Condo was fully equipped and the furniture was so comfy. The condo had a great king bed in the master bedroom, an awesome huge bathroom and a huge closet. the pools, hot tubs and the grounds were well taken care of and everything about the Islander was very nice and we are planning on making it our vacation destination every time we go to Florida.

There was NOT a broom in the condo & we found a dirty plate behind the night stand in the master. The cleaning was NOT worth the $$$ you pay.

TOO MUCH LOUD MUSIC

Something has to be done about loud music at grill area. for the past 3 yrs,Fri & Sat crowds take over and play music way to loud. couldn't hear ourselves talk Friday night. Please post signs under pavilion. if there is a sign about no loud music, then we have the right to call the front desk.

Other than that a very nice unit. Enjoyed my first try with very friendly and patient pickle ball group, played almost every morning from 10-12. Got to meet a lot of friendly people from Michigan, Canada,Wisconsin,Minnesota,Iowa,Indiana,and North Dakota.

This time I was displeased with the Furniture in condo 114. It was dated and ALL mattresses were in poor condition and made for an uncomfortable sleep, including the sofa bed! Very uncomfortable mattresses! Everything else was wonderful, I just wouldn't recommend that unit number. Thanks for listening!
