Welcome to Shambala!! This condo really has the convenience and comfort you are looking for. Located on the 5th floor of the highly sought after Observation Point North building, you can sit on your private balcony and watch the many events at Baytowne Wharf without even having to leave the condo. You can also see the marina and bay in the distance and take in the beautiful sunsets. The Wharf has different seasonal activities, concerts and performances for all ages. Baytowne Wharf is located inside the massive and beautiful Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in Miramar Beach, Florida.
Our 1 King bedroom, plus additional twin bed bonus room, 1 and 1/2 bath vacation condo is spacious and relaxing. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. In addition, the balcony has plenty of seating for soaking up the view. You will have everything you need for a great vacation right at your doorstep.
Headed to the beach? No worries trying to find parking for a golf cart or other vehicle...our condo participates in the Sandestin tram service. You can use your tram card to ride the climate-controlled tram anywhere on the grounds for free. Even the beach! They will drop you off at your destination and bring you back. Tram service runs approximately every 15 minutes in peak season.
**OUR CONDO IS A NO SMOKING/NO PETS HOME**

Beautiful condo in a perfect location over viewing the Wharfe’s common area. Although the outside is live, when you are inside, you hear none of that.Comfortable beds, kitchen is fully equipped. And a pleasant surprise of snacks & water bottles in fridge!This is a big resort, so pre plan your routes to avoid confusion. Owners were very tentative & respond quickly to messages.We had the best time!

Loved the location! Being able to listen to live music in our pjs from the balcony was great!

Best spot to stay to be in the action. The condo was lovely & the balcony view was amazing. You could see the fireworks & drone light show in your pjs. Tram passes & snacks were a bonus!Great communication with owners. Looking forward to future stays.

Great Stay!
We had the most wonderful stay. Unit was perfect for our family. Very well stocked and clean. Hosts were extremely friendly and made communication a breeze. Great location with lots to do. Hope to return soon!

Wonderful location!
We absolutely loved our stay here! We have been vacationing to Sandestin for many years, and this was one of our favorite places. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked. Communication with the owners was exceptional and they even left us a nice snack basket to enjoy. Will definitely stay here again!

Family vacation
We had a great time, can't beat that location. Condo was very clean and kids love all the snacks. I would definitely come back again and recommend it to anyone. Trolleys run very often, so it's easy to get to the beach.

Great location
The property was in a great spot for all the entertainment and fireworks at Baytowne Wharf. The property owners were easy to work with and even provided extras for our stay that most vrbo properties don't. We loved everything about this condo.

Perfect spot for us!

Fantastic stay
We will definitely be back! I’ve stayed in San Destin before but this was a much better experience. The host sent very detailed instructions for check-in, which were very helpful! The condo is adorable and exactly like the listing. It’s the perfect beach vacay spot

Location location location
So convenient all the restaurants and shopping is right downstairs. The tram is just outside the building and the nightly entertainment is right off your balcony.

Absolutely wonderful
We loved everything about this place - from it’s location, cleanliness, furniture/decor, spaciousness, to wonderful hosts that pay attention to small details that meant a lot to us. We hope to be back sometimes in the future.

Enjoyed our stay
Very convenient location. Lots to do with kids at Baytowne Wharf. Condo is clean and well maintained. Parking can be difficult if a busy time, so don’t plan to leave parking deck to drive somewhere for dinner unless you don’t mind walking back from overflow parking.

Great time in SanDestin
Property is excellent in all ways, great view of the town center, great sunsets, extremely clean and well stocked. Owners very easy to deal with and quite responsive to all (there weren’t any to speak of) issues.
Overall a great experience. Highly recommended for all visitors.

We are a husband and wife who both grew up in Georgia. We always loved going to Florida for vacation as kids with our parents. Having lost both sets of parents and us both being cancer survivors, now the memories and family time are even more precious. Family is so very important to us. We have one son and daughter in law and are patiently awaiting grandchildren! Our business March Ninth Properties in entirely family owned and operated. We are so blessed and so thankful to God for this opportunity.

We were married in 2002 and went on our honeymoon to the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. We loved it!! Fast forward to 2021 and we were blessed to be able to purchase our condo inside the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort! Plus it was built the month and year we were married. It was meant to be and we are thankful for such a blessing. Our condo home is everything we could have ever wanted but never thought we would be able to have. We hope you love it as much as we do.

We love the location of our condo. The private balcony overlooks all of the action! You can watch the fireworks, movies, sunsets, listen to bands, enjoy the breeze or just people watch without ever having to leave the condo if you do not want to. But if you do want to get out and about, everything is right at your doorstep.
