Great property with commanding views. All amenities were first class and the bed was quite comfortable which really helps make a trip enjoyable.

We absolutely loved this unit, the views were amazing especially waking up looking at the beautiful ocean!We Always stay at the ridge it’s so easy to walk on the trails, go to the beach, lots of restaurants near by & just quiet & peaceful.We will stay in this unit again.

Maui visit on the Ridge

We have always stayed in the Bay Villas in the past. This first stay on the Ridge, was excellent. Our view of the channel and the whales was even better from up higher and the location is much quieter and further from the foot traffic near the water. The owner and management company were excellent to deal with. We had no issues other than a coffee maker problem and that was remedied the same day. Yes we would stay on the Ridge again and a resounding yes that we would stay at this property again. Special thanks to Terri and Diane!

40th Anniversary Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Villa 1722 to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. Due to weather and mechanical delays we were not able to make it in for our first nights stay. Terry was very accommodating and arranged for an additional nights stay. This was our third visit to Villa 1722 and as with the previous trips the property was amazing! We loved our mornings enjoying coffee, and also our early afternoons enjoying snacks and a cool beer on the lanai. Sleeping and waking to the sound of the ocean and the feel of trade breezes makes this a wonderful place to stay!

Fabulous condo, location, supplies, bed and view!

This unit was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen that provided paper towels and dish soap. We didn't cook much but had everything you would need as far as cookware, utensils, Tupperware. The bathrooms were stocked with tolet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of towels and detergent. Great A/C in bedroom and living room. The views from patio and bedroom are fabulous!!! The property is absolutely beautiful and well maintained! We were very satisfied with our 7 night stay at this condo!

Stunning views!

My husband and I stayed at this property for 10 nights and couldn’t have been more pleased. The views are amazing and after much whale watching, we had success on our last day! Beautiful decor and well appointed. This was our 10th trip to Kapalua, and this villa was the best!

Best Stay Ever!

We have been staying at the Ridge Villas every couple of years for over 10 years. This is hands down our favorite of all the units we’ve stayed in and we hope to return again next year. Spotlessly clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The views were fantastic. The booking and check in process was easy and Terri is a great communicator. We can’t wait to come back.

Superbe villa avec vue sur la mer

Surperbe villa située sur un site très bien entretenu et avec magnifique vue sur la mer. 2 salles de bain, cuisine bien équipée et chambre des maîtres avec grandes fenêtres pour une vue impressionnante. Plusieurs plages à proximité et 2 piscines très tranquilles sur le resort. Nous reviendrions certainement pour des vacances !

Gorgeous view

The condo is true to the beautiful pics. Lovely location, absolutely gorgeous views from both balconies and amazing view from bedroom windows. The grounds are lovingly maintained and are exuberant with various flora. It is well stocked and we enjoyed cooking many nights. Has all the essentials and over our 2-weeks we only needed to buy food and beverage. Has spices and olive oil. Filtered water on the fridge. Has great beach chairs, mats and towels. Nice pools and even a lending library. I was able to get all my steps in daily and enjoyed walking through the resort. We went down to Kapalua beach for the best Pacific sunsets. Maui is busy so make reservations for dining and activities early. Merriman’s seems to book out a month ahead of time. Lots of traffic coming over from the airport. The north shore was worth the drive and had good snorkeling. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous View in Tranquil Villa

I had an incredible stay at this property! The views were unbeatable! I actually had booked another condo for an extended stay right next to this one and it just doesn’t compare. This property is clean, updated, and perfectly furnished. I would definitely stay here again!

Updated condo in a great location

This was perfect for us during our visit to Kapalua. The condo is updated nicely with modern appliances in the kitchen and a great master bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The check-in process was very easy and did not require any contact or phone calls. Its a very quiet building at the top of the Ridge. Never heard any noise from neighbors. Tremendous views of the ocean from the upstairs balcony. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Kapalua.

Breathtaking views from the condo balcony. All the conveniences of home. Short, easy walk to a virtually private beach. Close enough to Lahaina for dining and activities, without having to be in Lahaina. Lovely stay...can't wait to come back!

Maui vacation

Lovely resort area with every amenity imaginable. Condo is perfect! We enjoyed Merriman’s and Kapalya bay beach! Pool was heated! The landscaping was just beautiful. I’m going to buy some orchids when I get home. The couch and bed are super comfortable. And the best views! Hated to leave

Stay and accommodations were great, unfortunately my wife broke her ankle so we left a week early.

Check in was simple, condo was as listed, loved the location and ocean views. The on property market is great as well.. Wish we could have stayed the whe time.

Wonderful location

Kapalua is a wonderful well kept and quiet resort. The Ridge villa 17 22 has a spectacular view. The villa is very nice and everything you will need is there. We missed a bit the sun on the lanai, because when we were there it was quit windy. Mahalo to the owner for the many useful informations Verena from Switzeland

Beautiful spot

We love Kapalua but this is the first time we stayed in this specific condo. It probably has the best view of any property. The bedroom has a 180 view of the water - just gorgeous. Everything about this unit was perfect including the fact there was some beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience!!

Beautiful light filled rooms making this an enjoyable experience...we will stay here again if/when we go to back to Kapalua. The view was stunning from every window with the trade winds blowing in keeping the place cool and comfortable whether we were inside or out on the lanai. Upgraded condo centrally located in Kapalua. Plenty of room to spread out on the main floor. All finishes and appliances top notch. The master bath is fabulous. 160 degree ocean views from both the main floor and bedroom. We regularly watched whales cruising by. We would definitely come back on our next visit to Kapalua.

Perfect wedding and honeymoon stay

Lisa and I highly recommend this unit. The condo is beautifully decorated, private, and offers breathtaking ocean and island views from the living room and bedroom, and lanais. The living room, bedroom, bathrooms, and kitchen were as shown in the VRBO.com pictures and video. We made good use of the beach chairs and umbrella, and cooler bag, for beach picnics. We love the area; it’s quiet, the grounds are always beautifully kept, and the area offers easy access to a West Maui’s best beaches, plus its rugged coast and West Maui Mountain (all within walking distance). We married on a West Maui beach on the second day of our stay; this condo was the perfect location for our wedding night and honeymoon. Arrival check-in and departure check-out were smooth, as promised by the owner (i.e., Terri) and Ridge Realty.
