Aloha og velkommen til Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums Condo A13 i solrige South Maui! Condo A13 blev fuldstændig renoveret i juni 2015. Nyd nye Mitsubishi A / C og gratis WiFi i dette smukke og komfortable sommerhus.

The property is small and the people are friendly. Many guests are repeat visitors, some for many years. Our unit was comfortable but could use a little refresh. The location is great. Wonderful beach, nice pool and patio area. Patrick and Connie were great. Our last few days were during a big storm and they kept us informed and safe. An exhaust fan in the bathroom would be helpful to draw out moisture.We would definitely recommend Kihei Sands.

Wondeful Family Vacation

The Kihei Sands jumped out at me while doing my research. We loved that the property is small. It made it easy to be together as a family even though we had separate units. The welcoming patio is where we spent many hours with our friends that we looked forward to seeing year after year. The property owners are lucky to have Patrick who is absolutely wonderful with any issues on site that came up, and Connie is great at multi tasking in the office and always had a smile for me! Beautiful Sugar beach is steps away. When in season you can see whales from shore and turtles will pop their heads up. It's a short walk to the ABC store and the farmers market. We couldn't find anything to criticize. We will definitely return later this year.

Family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is the perfect vacation spot. Close enough to all we wanted to do without the crazy crowds. There were a couple of things that were bothersome with the three condos we rented. One of the units had human hair in the shower when we arrived and a couple roach type bugs in the same bathroom. Towel racks falling off the wall in another and the door code that quit working a couple of days before departure; that one was corrected quickly, thankfully.

The unit is clean, comfortable, great bed. You can walk to the local bakery/coffee shop, /shave ice. You’re close to Kihei, but not right in it. It’s quiet there. Great place to go with adult friends or the kids. Love going there with the grandkids. On site management, Connie and Patrick, they are the best. We will be back.

5 Great days in Kehei

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums. The condo itself was very clean and had all the amenities a you would ever need. It was a great base to get to all of the attractions we wanted to experience while there. Every morning there was coffee for everyone to enjoy on the patio and chat with other Kihei residents. Every evening was "happy hour" with many of the same residents who were so inclusive and friendly. They were quick to offer suggestions for us to consider beyond what we already had planned. The Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums was a perfect spot for us. The beach was easily walkable and swimming in the ocean was awesome as there was a long transition before it got deeper than my chest. Overall, this spot rates a "10" in my mind.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay once again at Kihei Sands. (this is probably about #15 so needless to say, we love staying there). We usually come for 2 weeks but just needed a week to relax and enjoy the sunny weather. Our favorite place to stay! Jim and Sheri
