Kihei Sands Condominium sidder direkte på en af Mauis bedste strande, Sugar Beach. Fra vores pool ved havet og grillpladsen kan du praktisk talt røre ved stranden - ren, sandet, upopuleret og strække miles i begge retninger. Hvor langt er det til stranden? Bogstaveligt talt omkring 6 meter! Vores gårdhave- og græsplæneområder er idylliske. Nyd hver morgen med frisk brygget kaffe, og hver aften ser du en spektakulær solnedgang, mens du griller middag og nipper til en drink.
Kihei Sands er et specielt sted fuld af Aloha-ånden. Vores intime layout giver det perfekte sted til sammenkomster, grupperejser, bryllupsrejser, seniorer, familier, par og venner. Med 23 enheder at vælge imellem er det nemt at finde den perfekte pasform til alle i din gruppe, fra antal soveværelser (1, 2 og 3) til sengekonfigurationer.

Nice place to stay

Overall it was a nice place to stay. Plenty of dishware, towels, paper towels, etc... The AC was ok but struggled to keep up during the day. The beds were comfortable and the view is nice. The condo is a little dated and there's a thick layer of dust in some areas but it's right on the beach and a comparable price.

Like all the Kihei Sands units, it's super close to my favorite beach, and we could spend the day relaxing, on the beach, at the patio/pool, or in the condo. Just outside of Kihei, everything is nice and close. The unit was great, and had a very good view of the ocean. The unit was clean, modern, and very comfortable.

The locations close to so many things in Kihei making it so handy for shopping and dining. We could hear the waves in the condo and when we went to the beach we were often the only ones there! Beds were comfortable and everything we needed for the beach was provided. We even had a flight change and had to come a day early. Connie adjusted our reservation the day before so we had a place to stay when we got there. They are very accommodating and checkout was a breeze! We will definitely be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented A-8 and B-12 for 2wks this last May 7-21 and both places were great. Good AC in both places A8 is 5 steps to the pool we used the BAR-B-Q's. They have a time to shut off the gas if you for get so super safe. Everything was super clean and had most everything you could need in the condos .they have a coin operated laundry there. We used it twice but ended going to the laundry mat down the street cuz we. Could wash all of are stuff at the same time and save waitting to do individual loads. We all would stay there again. It is mostly car dependent to get around but only a short 5-10 minute drive to food and activities.Great quiet place to stay with the pool and beach ft away.Very nice staff and will help with anything they can. The parking is a little tight but it's that way at all the resorts too. We had a minivan and it was fine.Great quiet place to stay and I would recommend it to a friend

We love Kihei Sands

Our parking pass was in the condo with a nice welcome basket which was needed, and the air-conditioning was on in all rooms which was nice, that's not always the case. The condo was well equipped and had everything for the beach as described. Lots of extra pool and beach toys and boards as well. If you are looking for a super fancy place this is not your place, but if your looking for a nice, well kept space to spread out and enjoy walking less than 1 minute to the beach this is it! I can't say enough about how amazing it is to be steps from the beach, pool and patio area with tables and grills. We had lots of activities planned, it was amazing to still be able to enjoy our beach in between because its so close. Sugar beach is like having your own private beach in Maui, maybe 6 people in 3 miles. We went to other beaches as well, fun but lots of people and walking. Easy drive to the busy parts of Kihei, we enjoy a less crowed and quiet part of town like Kihei Sands. There's a great farmers market, bakery and shaved ice you can walk to south on the beach and a little place next door with drinks and food if you don't want to drive.We love Kihei Sands and will stay here again and recommend to everyone we know.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 5th time staying at Kihei Sands. The accommodations were great as usual. We always love spending time on the patio however this time was marred by an older gentleman who works there who made it feel like we were in trouble every time we threw our water bottles in the patio recycle bin. We consumed the water on the patio but we were rudely confronted twice telling us the recycle bins were for patio use only...that's exactly what we were doing and after we told him he never apologized. He told us to keep our voices down in the morning because people were sleeping, we weren't being loud! Never had we experienced this kind of behavior before. We spent a llot of money to stay there and expect to feel welcomed. We didn't break any rules but were made to feel like it. Not great customer service. There are many places we can stay on the island so I expect better.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Perfect paradise retreat

The checkin process was seem-less and did not need to bother Patrick during the stay at all. We loved the welcome basket including the map! When we did the road to Hana, the map came into good use. All accessories in the condo were perfect for when we wanted to cook in. Best part of the condo was leaving the window open at night and hearing the waves crashing and lulling us to sleep. We were just steps away from the ocean and loved the option of all the toys that we could use on the beach and in the ocean. We would definitely stay again and highly suggest staying here!
