Wonderful stay

The house is located in a tranquil area, supermarket and coffee shops nearby accessible by car (5 min drive). Beautiful west facing beaches are only 20-30min drive away. We were very happy with the stay, the house has everything you need for a relaxing holiday including the pool, it is clean, perfect for a group of friends of 5 people.

Amazing property

This property was absolutely perfect! The views are spectacular and the pool and villa are pool are amazing. We stayed 9 days and would loved to have been able to stay longer. The property owners are incredibly welcoming. An unforgettable vacation, we will absolutely look to visit this property again!

Lovely villa

Lovely villa, felt very private. Really clean, had everything we needed. Nice touches like juice, wine, fruit water and cake waiting for us. One morning some fresh eggs. Good barbeque. A/C in all the bedrooms. Daily cleaning which we didn't expect was lovely

We had a great holiday in villa Natalia. Very sweet owners, with almost every day something delicious from the garden, or baked by the owner, delicious. You have a lot of privacy and a beautiful view. If I may mention 1 downside, the wifi is very weak. But otherwise really worth it

We were met by the housekeeper and directed to villa, key was in door and everything was great.Villa is spacious and well equipped clean and little extras from hosts are amazing.Home cooked treats appear daily and they come in like ninjas to clean make beds and empty bins when you leave the villa.Pool and gardens are great lots of space and well established fruit trees all around , resident cat and kitten were extra bonus.3 adults and 2 kids just enjoyed a great week of relaxation in the sun Thank you very much

Brilliant !!

Brilliant !! Just great: - the view of the sea and Kerkyra - the peace around the house - the incredibly attentive and so caring care with fruit bowl, freshly baked cake, fresh roses etc. - everything was so clean - the pool - the many lemon trees around the house- - the two large balconies with sea view - the brilliant outdoor kitchen - the equipment, even wax pads for the washing machine! Wifi is available, but not very stable.

Dans l’absolu logement bien situé par rapport au visites possibles. Cependant, concernant celui ci la piscine est de profondeur 1m20 ce qui laisse peut de place au loisir. La vaisselle, ce point est à améliorer. Des visites ont eu lieu durant notre absence à chaque fois sans nous en informer ( nous sommes resté une semaine) l’équipement comme la tv et l’aspirateur ne fonctionnait pas. Vous partez du logement le système a carte ne laisse pas le choix de ne pas pouvoir laisser tourner les appareils électrique comme le lave vaisselle ou la Clim et machine à laver car la clef est soudé sur le porte carte magnétique pour fermer la porte d’entrée. Concernant les effluves d’égout dans l’appartement et des avions qui passe tt les 5 minutes au dessus de notre tête passer votre chemin pour ce bien à la location. Une semaine m’a largement suffit. Et Pour finir étendre son linge mieux vaut ne pas avoir peur du vide.

The pool dimensions are clearly stated in the property description, while the energy-saving card is a standard system used in many accommodation properties to manage electricity efficiently. A mid-stay cleaning is also included and communicated as a scheduled service. More importantly, none of the issues mentioned in this review were reported to us during your stay. Had we been informed, we would have been very happy to investigate and assist wherever possible — apart, of course, from matters beyond our control, such as aircraft routes. Instead, we learned about these concerns only after your departure. We also feel the timing is relevant. During your stay, you contacted us to request a refund for your final night because your airline had changed your flights. This was not related to any problem with the property. Only afterwards, following your departure, did we receive this extensive list of complaints, none of which had been raised with us while you were here. We respect every guest's right to express their experience, but the fact that these concerns were not communicated during the stay, when we could have addressed them, makes us question whether the review reflects genuine issues experienced during the stay or wider dissatisfaction arising from circumstances surrounding

Super lovely villa. Very hot being slightly inland. Lovely baked goods left on the patio most mornings. Cleaners in more times than we expected - might have tidied the son’s bedroom. Just up the road from the Marina at Gouvia, and only took 25 mins back to Airport. Great week

Heel mooi huis. Schoon. Compleet. Huis werd meerdere keren in de week schoon gemaakt, bedden opgemaakt en elke keer stond er zelfgebakken lekkers, zoals cake, baklava, zoete croissants, banoffee. Heel leuk (en lekker). Meerdere terrassen met geweldig uitizicht en lekker zwembad met prima ligbedden. Minpuntje is de wifi. Die valt constant weg. Dat heeft ook invloed op de aanwezige smart tv. En de toegangsweg is vreselijk slecht. Ben blij dat ik daar niet met mijn eigen auto hoefde te rijden. Verder was het allemaal prima in orde.

Villa Natilia was a great place

Villa Natilia was a great place to stay and 7days seemed bit to short. We are three couples and spent our time in corfu here. With the car you need 20-30 Minutes to Ipsos, Dassia, Achilleion and Paleokastritsa. We also like to stay in the Villa, to enjoy the Pool (towels included!), do a bbq and chill next to the amazing fruit trees in the garden or on one of the three terraces. The stuff was more than friendly and even cleaned the house, altough we never met anybody doing this. We arrived at 10pm and the owners also filled the fridge with eggs and orangejuice for the breakfast. The furniture of the house was modern and everything was extremly clean. - the beds were pretty hard (not everybody liked that) - the third room was only a singleroom which wasnt recognizable on the pictures (but maybe it was written in the information and we just didnt read it...) All in all, we would all come back to Villa Natilia

Beautiful villa and welcoming hosts

This villa was perfect for our family holiday. The hosts and cleaner were so welcoming, going out of their way to make sure we were happy with everything and even dropping off fresh fruits and vegetables and other small gifts throughout our stay. The housekeeping service was very frequent and the pool was cleaned daily. The location is very peaceful and handy for the airport but would recommend that you need a car for shopping and visiting the beach.

Beautiful Serene

Beautiful place which is in the middle of corfu connecting you to all spot. Its the little details that matter.. we were welcomed by an amazing on ground caretakers who baked a fresh cake to welcome us, left fresh fruits/vegetables from the gardens of the house. Overall, we found the stay lovely. Definitely chose the place :)

Das Haus und der Pool sind warm und top.

The house and pool are warm and top. During the holiday there is a self-cooked cake, flowers, wine and self-made marmalade. We are always looking at our guests and comforts. A very nice lady has only one day, we want to be on our way, stayed and paid. You have to eat fresh eggs and avocados long. We also offer our holidays very well. The house has a view of the balcony, terrace and pool. The rooms, especially on the pictures of the red London Deco hat, have been newly furnished and the trap of the optician also at the other rooms. Thank you very much

Deze accommodatie is zeer prettig en heel netjes. Je komt hier tot rust tussen de citroenbomen en andere fruitbomen. Bij aankomst stond er dan ook een volle fruitschaal voor ons klaar en een eigen gemaakte fles wijn. Het zwembad is heerlijk en zeer schoon net als de rest van de accommodatie. De matrassen en het bedlinnen zijn van zeer goed kwaliteit. De bedden zijn wel wat smal. De eigenaren van de woning zijn geweldige mensen en zeer servicegericht. Het is wel aan te raden om een auto te huren want de locatie ligt wat afgelegen.

Excellent holiday

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Natilia. It was a fantastic 2 weeks where everything we needed was there (a big swimming pool, a clean and beautifull house and especially fantastic hospitality). They made 2 times a BBQ for us and we even joined a birthday party. Villa Natilia is definitely recommended. A stay with this fantastic family is definitely worth it. They really make you feel welcome. And I can't express enough how kind the owners are.
