Beautiful location with panoramic views of Agni Bay. The pool and outdoor area are lovely, with a great barbecue. There is a pretty pretty walk down to Agni, taking around 10 minutes through a wooded hillside. The walk is quite steep, so you need to be quite fit. We particularly recommend Nikolas Taverna, which is very friendly and serves excellent food at a reasonable price. The several small bays in the area are very popular with bat owners and the boating community and great for snorkelling. The villa is semi detached which wasn't really apparent from the website. We stayed with our four children (aged 21, 19, 17, 12) and although the villa was comfortable, it felt relatively small for five adults and one child. There is one large double bedroom, one smaller double bedroom and a small third bedroom with two small single beds, each 2ft 6 inches width. The kitchen table seats five, as this wasn't an issue since we ate outside. Housekeeping could perhaps have been a little more frequent during our 11 night stay, as there was only one visit. The track up to the villa is also very steep and the parking area quite tight, so you need to be a confident driver.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, we would certainly recommend for the location
