Friendly hosts, accomodation clean and has a washing machine which was very helpful. Amazing location close to the port and train station. Loved our stay here.

This apartment was fantastic. It was very close to the train station and the ferry. Also close to “downtown “ Varenna but far enough away that it didn’t feel super busy. The view from the balcony is incredible. We would stay there again!

Giorgio and Alberto went above and beyond to help us out during our stay. Would definitely stay here again if I am ever fortunate to be back in Varenna. Honestly can’t say thankyou enough to them.

Perfect location and beautiful place to stay!

This apartment was the perfect place to enjoy the beauty of the Lake Como area. Both convenient and beautiful… Varenna is a gem… and so is Giorgio! He was so wonderful, you felt like you were staying with family! We can’t wait to go back!

Awesome place to stay in Varenna

Place is near the train station, ferry and the lake . Place is clean and has a great view of the lake from balcony. Alberto met us when we arrived , gave us great information about place and answered all questions. Highly recommended place in Varenna.

Perfect location in Varenna! The apartment was clean and comfortable. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the comings and goings of the ferry boats. The lake view was amazing! Giorgio and Lorena were very helpful and accommodating. We hope to return here someday!

This lovely apartment was perfect for our stay in Varenna. It was right up the lane from the boat docks, had a gorgeous view of the lake, and was just a five minute walk along the beautiful lakeside promenade into the main part of town. Being set a little bit apart, I think made it, especially quiet and peaceful. Our hosts were so lovely and made every effort to make sure our arrival, stay, and even departure, we’re easy and smooth.

Highly recommend to stay here!

This was a great place to stay in Lake Como. This is very close to the train station and to the ferry so you can move around Lake Como very easily while also being in a great location in Varenna itself. Varenna is a very quaint village with a very nice waterfront and little square. View from the balcony is very pretty. This is in a great location to walk to all of the restaurants and shops. Host was great to work with and to give suggestions.

Wonderful spot in a lovely area

We had a fabulous stay at this apartment in Varenna. We were on a 2-week tour of Italy, and this apartment was the smallest on our journey. I was concerned it wouldn't be enough space, but I was wrong. The way the doors and the layout of the apartment work offered great privacy for my husband and me, as well as the kid sleeping on the couch. Perfect for a small family.

A little bit of paradise on Lake Como

Our apartment in Varenna was everything we were hoping for: well located, spacious, great views, comfortable bed, extremely clean - just perfect. We were met just up the street in front of an hotel and taken to our accommodations, with everything clearly explained to us. The washing machine and drying rack were very helpful, sending us on our way with all of our clothes cleaned. If we return to the Lake Como area, this will be our choice for lodging once again. Highly recommended!

Convenient Location

Close to the ferry and train station, which when traveling takes out a lot of stress. host nice enough to pick us up. Their notebook was helpful and included restaurant recommendations. Loved that we had a view. Interior decor could use some work and improvement but I can’t ding them for that because I already knew from the pictures on this site that the decor was not particularly to my liking.

Beautiful spot in Varenna

This property was perfect for me and my wife. Located just steps from the ferry dock so transportation around Lake Como was easy. The apartment is stocked with everything needed. A small neighborhood grocery store is a five minute walk. The train station is a 10 minute walk. The host communicated via Whatsapp and picked us up at the train station. Perfect stay.

Just perfect

We were meet at the train station and walked to the place which was a nice touch. It was close to train station which was a plus for us, my thinking is I can always walk to other sites without my luggage! Plenty of closet space in the bedroom. Essential never used the living room since there is a small patio with a nice view; anytime we there we were sitting outside. Also didn’t cook so can’t speak to how stocked it is but the fridge has good space, there was coffee so we didn’t need to buy any. They have a great book with info about restaurant and other local information. I would stay here again absolutely!

Varenna the Beautiful

Th apartment is conveniently located, and on the main road you can find food and other necessities. Lots of storage, good toilet facilities, crystal pure drinking water from the TAP! Guest bed accommodated an overnight visit from my granddaughter and she said the trundle was comfortable. Ours was a four day stay during which we cooked dinner three times the kitchen was provisioned with excellent cookware options, and proper cutlery and dinnerware. For the money, the value of our stay was outstanding, I have to say something less than stellar. There was a flight of stairs to climb, and Varenna in general is very hilly with lots of steps to climb everywhere so if that’s a problem for you, you might want to pick a different town but believe me as a 70 year old climbing steps to see the sites that I saw was totally worth it.
