Stunning 2 bedroom Villa

Villa Pennlee is a detached residence set in its own gardens located in the Los Pocillos area of Puerto del Carmen, the Islands main resort. Quiet and peaceful, yet only a short stroll to the many shops and excellent restaurants, and in close proximity to the large sandy beaches as well as several smaller less busy coves. Several excursions are easily available, a trip to the huge bustling Sunday Market in the old town of Teguise is not to be missed. The Villa is on a small complex and benefits from Wi-Fi and UK TV and a shared swimming pool which has steps at one end giving allowing easy access to and from the water with a large shallow area ideal for our younger visitors. Leading from the air conditioned living room is a large patio furnished with table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double and one twin bedroom, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. Wifi, Uk television and use of the bbq are all provided free of charge. Air conditioning is also provided free of charge, all we ask is that the air conditioning is only used when required and turned off when the property is empty (e.g.: if you are out during the day or evening). Hire of cots and highchairs can be arranged for you if necessary through our property manager. The villa is best suited to mature couples. Families and children are also most welcome however as the villa is in a quiet residential area children must be supervised at all times. In the communal area's including the pool area noise must be kept to a minimum to avoid disturbance to residents, please see the house rules section within this advertisement for further info. Parties of all Male or all Female groups are not accepted.

Really loved our stay , the property was very clean and well prepared, the shared pool was very clean and peaceful, really liked the privacy of the outside area, location was excellent.

We had a lovely stay at this villa complex, that shared a pool with about a dozen other properties, we were only there for 6 days, but during that time we had the pool to ourselves. bars and restaurants were about an 8 minute walk which was fine for us, and about 20 minutes to get in to the main part of PDC. Would book again.

Quiet location

Villa in a quiet location, with friendly neighbours. Beds comfortable, villa clean, bathroom a good size. Well stocked kitchen. We hope to stay again!

A month stay

Lovely bungalow but unfortunately we were not warned about the pipe laying all round the area this went on for the whole month and the dust and noice made it not a relaxing month

Lovely villa in a great location

Pennlee is well kitted out, and the service from Dean and his staff was excellent. The villa is in a good location with easy walking access towards PDC and also towards Matagorda. Already booked for next year.

Well equipped

Very nice stay. The villa is comfortable but the bed in the main bedroom could be better and bigger! Great shower and a very useful laundry. Good choice!

My family stayed at Villa Pennlee in July. Overall a very enjoyable stay - comfortable and has everything you might need away from home! The villa has a large sunny terrace with an outdoor table and chairs for four, and four sun loungers. It also has a small sunny yard which has a washing machine and plenty of space to dry clothes - a small box of washing powder had been left by others but you may wish to bring your own with you. The small bbq had not been left in a clean state by previous users so we didn't use it. The bathroom is spacious, shower is great.The living room is comfortable and homely and has air con, although we barely used it as it was lovely and breezy during our stay which helped keep the villa cool. The double bedroom has two large wardrobes. The bedrooms have shutters, and insect nets so it was lovely to keep the windows open during the night. We found the bed to be too soft, but that's down to preference but the mattress has a significant dip in it. In the twin room, conversely the beds were very hard! The wardrobes in that room both smelt damp/ musty unfortunately and without any drawers available, my daughters kept their clothes in the suitcases. The beds and wardrobes were the only things to need attention. There is a drive to park a car. We had the pool to ourselves 6 days out of 7! It's 1.4m deep so great for less confident swimmers! We enjoyed meals at La Cascada and Little Elm Tree, and visited Lagomar, Mirador de Guinate. Overall fab!

Fantastic property

The property had everything that we wanted was clean and well presented and comfortable. The only problem we had was the wifi on our arrival but when we contacted the agent they were very apologetic and sorted this. The property was in a quiet residential area and had a wonderful private garden area that had the sun all day. It was conveniently situated to the beach and local amenities. We would definitely book this property again.

Everything from start to finish was great, we arrived and found the villa easily, the check in process was easy, the villa was as described nice and clean all the bed linen was lovely and new, shower was fab, only one issue with British tv channels and that was resolved quickly by Dean. Lovely area nice an quite. The neighbours were really nice and helpful. Had a great week thanks to Dean and his team.

Superb

Just returned back home after staying for a week. Have to say after traveling to Lanzarote 6 times in the past 7yrs and staying in different apartments/villas this has to be the best one yet. Communication with Dean was a pleasure nothing was to much trouble. Had a problem with the water on the second day but this was dealt with in no time. The villa was very clean and was in a quiet residential area. Liked the villa so much I have booked it again next year. Would definitely recommend

Lovely villa in a peaceful street centrally located between Puerto Del Carmen strip and Matagorda. 25 minute walk to main strip, 10 to matagorda. Local Spar and a couple of restaurants around 7 minutes walk, bit hilly but easy enough to get around. Everything listed that the villa offered was available and all in good working order. Didnt need to contact the owners for anything, they send very detailed instructions for everything before arriving. Pool was really clean and looked lovely although didnt need to use it, the beach is very close to the villa and is not very busy. Would highly recommend staying here.

Good location for uninterrupted sun worship

Nice bathroom and sitting out area, bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space. Great tv options. Pool is down some steps, but you would need to take your loungers down yourself and the pool is behind glass fence, so didn’t seem appealing. Very quiet location and some days you might not see anyone - which was fine. 10 min walk to restaurants and supermarkets. Recommend gym 2 miles in old town. Air conditioning only in lounge, which wasn’t great as 2 fans in bedroom needed to be on. Air conditioning needed emptying daily as it is connected to a water bottle. Crockery is a mishmash of different styles. For the price it feels like the air conditioning and crockery need updating. Overall enjoyable

Great little villa.

Just returned from 2 weeks at this villa. Excellent place to stay in a quiet location. Very clean property and has all amenities you can wish for. Small complex of about 15 villas with communal pool which was a stones throw from the villa terrace. Pool was very quiet even for August. Air con in living area only but both bedrooms have ceiling fans which were fine in the night. Great fast WIFi and smart Tv. Pleasant surprise to have the towels and bedding changed on day 7 also. Great terrace area with shade if needed, dining table and chairs, 4 sun loungers with cushions. Pool towels provided. Location to Los Pocillos beach and nearest Spar supermarket about 7 mins walk down Calle Russia using secure complex gate otherside of pool area. Start of PDC strip about 20 mins walk away, 30 mins walk to casino area. Communication from booking to checking in and whilst there was great. Quick to reply to any emails / queries. Would definitely book the villa again.
