Perfect location and accommodations! Communication was great before and during the stay with quick responses to questions about all different topics. They made our first stay in Venice a great one! The stairs up three flights should be noted, but the service and flawless location make you forget about that easily! A

Very many thanks for your wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear that your first stay in Venice was such a memorable one and that you enjoyed both the apartment and its fantastic location. Thank you also for your kind words about our team. We're so pleased that our communication and assistance helped make your stay smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. We also appreciate you mentioning the stairs—they're quite typical of many historic Venetian buildings, and we're glad the location and overall experience made them well worth it! We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Venice, or to one of our other Dimora Italia destinations, very soon. Arrivederci! Filippo and the Dimora Italia Team

Our family of four enjoyed our stay here. Very clean, spacious, and updated. It was close to Rialto Bridge and St Marka Square. The host was responsive and provided a guide to meet us at the ferry stop to escort us to the apartment for check-in.

Lovely apartnent in central area.

Lovely decor, extremely comfortable apartment. The canal view is a great bonus and adds to the experience of relaxing in the apartment. Two minute walk from the bustling streets near St. Mark's and Rialto. Yet perfectly quiet in the apartment itself, no noise. Lots of stairs, so be prepared for that! The rest of the building the apartment is situated in is lovely too. Extremely well kept and clean.

This apartment was truly spectacular. The layout, the furnishings, and the overall high-end feel made it stand out — it's a genuinely beautiful space to come home to after a day exploring the city. Everything felt brand new and was extremely clean on arrival. The beautiful canal view from both the living room and the master bedroom was a highlight we didn't want to leave. The location was central to everything, just a short walk to our destinations and to the vaporetto stop, which made getting around Venice effortless. Despite being close to the touristy spots, the apartment was wonderfully quiet — we slept soundly every night. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made staying in and preparing meals easy and enjoyable.Check-in was seamless and our hosts were excellent — responsive, welcoming, and easy to work with. The keypad entry code was a small touch that made a real difference, letting us come and go without juggling keys. Our family of four was comfortable throughout, and the AC was a lifesaver against the summer heat — we stayed cool the entire stay.Honestly, our only regret is that we didn't book more nights. We loved Venice and we loved this apartment, so it looks like we'll just have to come back and stay here again. Highly recommended.
