We are delighted to hear that you found the property immaculate and well-equipped, with a generous supply of utensils and crockery. We truly appreciate your feedback and have shared your comments with the property owner. They have taken your observations seriously and would like to extend their apologies that the garden had not been attended to prior to your arrival. Due to a fully booked schedule, it has been challenging to arrange a suitable time for the gardener to visit between guest stays. Additionally, the unusually dry summer has affected the appearance of many gardens in the area, resulting in drier, browner lawns than usual. We are pleased to inform you that the outdoor furniture has since been replaced, and a locksmith has visited the property to repair the back door lock. Thank you again for your valuable feedback.
