Our stay at the villa was amazing and the layout across 2 floors worked perfectly for our family. The host was quick to communicate, the check in process was slick and Ana, who manages the property was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble and she looked after us so well.The villa is stunning and in the most incredible position, just outside the town but with in easy reach. We hired a car which was handy to have but not essential, taxi's are easy to book either locally or via Uber.The views and direct access to the sea are for us, what made this trip extra special. I would highly recommend this villa and we will definitely be staying there again.

Great location. Gorgeous house. Close to everything. Marina and Stepan were wonderful. Would definitely book again!

Family awesomeness!

This property has to be experienced to be believed! Manager is fantastic, yummy breakfasts, stunning views, pool, and pier, 15 mins to Old Town!

Wonderful Villa

We loved our stay at the villa, the house is as you see online and the views are even more beautiful! Be prepared to do some stairs, it’s cliff side so there are many stairs from the sea to the road!

Great place for big groups

We had a wonderful stay in Lozica! It was a great place for me and my adult siblings to hang out, relax, and swim our hearts out. We were able to go into Old Town and see the sites, but allow some time for Ubers as it took a little while for them to confirm the trips (but it was only 10-15 minutes once you were in the car!) Lucija and Marina were incredibly responsive throughout our stay and we were very sad to leave. Highly recommend for your trip to Dubrovnik!

Paradise on the Adriatic Sea

My family and I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our stay in Dubrovnik, and so much of that is due the beautiful home on the Adriatic Sea! The home was exceptionally well-appointed, beautifully landscaped, with a pool overlooking the sea. The owner was so easy to work with, and was especially good at communicating. The Property Manager, Marina, prepared delicious breakfasts as requested (for a nominal charge), and was so responsive to our questions and needs. Loved every second of our stay on the sea!

Great views & times by the Dalmatian Coast!

Great property right on the coast, 5 minutes from Gruž (which has a decent supermarket). The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the bedrooms all have strong air conditioning. The pool and outside areas all have great views of the coastline just north of Dubrovnik. The property is on the main road however the property itself is down the hill so is very quiet (There are quite a few steps down and up!). The property is 5 minutes south of Mali Zaton which also has some super restaurants and places to swim. The property is recommended! We were two families with 4 children ranging from 6-17.

Charming Seaside Villa

This property is absolutely amazing! The location offers fantastic seafront panoramic views. The pool and the private sea access allow for plenty of opportunities for swimming and cooling off on a hot sunny day. The property is secluded and offers a lot of privacy, but yet it is a very short drive to the Old Town of Dubrovnik and other local attractions and sightseeing opportunities. The property had a lot of character and offered a perfect blend of traditional local architecture and modern amenities. There is even a private wine cellar on the property. The host is very accommodating and welcoming and kept in touch with us daily during our stay and assured we were taken care of. The property keepers were also available daily and kept the property clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

Great location, beautiful view, very comfortable

We had a group of six adults (ages 25-78 years) and we ALL had a fabulous time. The pool was clean as was the house. Lots and lots of room, nice A/C, fast WiFi, fully equipped kitchen. The host and the house manager were extremely responsive. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation.

A perfect week

I have just got back from a wonderful week at Villa Luce. Dubrovnik is a wonderful city and Villa Luce is a perfect place to stay when visiting. The pictures on the site are accurate, the sunsets are amazing and the ability to wake up in the morning, walk down the steps and dive into the sea makes this place really special. All of the practical stuff worked well, the villa was clean, the check-in was easy, no complaints !! We did not have a car, we used UBER, which was fine. We will certainly come back again in the future.

Great holiday

It was a fantastic family holiday in this beautiful villa. The location of the villa was one of the best. The communication with Lucija was easy and prompt, she is a clever negotiator. The summer kitchen is great. The pool is deep enough and clean and warm. The view from any corner of this villa is beautiful. Thera are 200 steps form the upper gate to the sea, but this was not a problem. There is smart TV in the upper living room, where you can watch your favourite sport or other TV channels. The sea was warm and you can feel all the time that you are at unique location. Great villa, good communication with the owner, fantastic holiday.

Lovely villa on the sea

This place was terrific with the most spectacular sunset views from the deck. This place will not disappoint you. Lovely place, well equipped even comes with a wine cellar. I will never forget the views, amazing.

Stunning Waterfront Property

We truly enjoyed our stay. Amazing sunsets while watching the boats go by. Close enough to enjoy Dubrovnik but far enough to be private and peaceful. Lucija was a very good hostess and everything was as promised. Definitely recommend.

Best view

We loved our stay in the villa of Lucija. Its an old property but very clean and nice. The view and the connect with the ocean was the best. You can just jump in the Water whenever feel to it. We cooked Breakfast and then went for Zaton or Dubrovnik for dinner. Will come back :)

We pay great attention to cleanliness of our property. Also, we try to think in advance as to what additional things our guests might need during their stay and provide it to them in advance which is always appreciated by our guests. We try to maintain our garden and pool area as well and clean as the inside area, so our guests who mainly enjoy the outside of the property and the views can take home with them unforgettable memories and pictures. All our listing photos reflect the actual property, so the guests can see in advance exactly what they can expect. We are glad our dear Canadian guests who stayed at our villa for a month enjoyed and appreciated our property and our efforts to make them feel comfortable!

Lovely Villa in a Fantastic Location

We stayed as a family of 8 for 6 days at the villa. The villa was lovely, the host welcoming and informative and the views were stunning. The villa was clean and tidy, but maybe a little tired in places. Although on a busy road, it was peaceful, as the villa is set down from the road next to the sea. There are a lot of steps - 95 from the road to the villa front door and then down more to the pool and sea. Slightly unusual layout - the 2 floors are only joined by external stairs. Upper floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and lounge. Lower floor has 3 bedrooms but only 1 bathroom. Overall a great villa for a large family such as ours - comfy beds, good showers and air con. The pool was lovely and private access to the sea was great. We really enjoyed watching the boats and cruise ships going past on their way into Dubrovnik Port. Supermarket at the Port about 10 min drive away. We used Uber to and from town in the evenings, worked really well, costs about £10 each way, much cheaper than regular taxis or parking in town.

Good location however wouldn't recommend property suitable for under 10 year old as on steep cliff and access to sea into deep water with no steps. Perfect Villa with gorgeous view and sunset

We rented this Villa because it was perfect for our group of 10 with 5 bedrooms. Lucija was a wonderful hostest. She was there for us from arrival to departure. The Villa was true to its descriptions and pictures. Mateo's wine "Dinga" was the best of all during our wine tasting tour. Also, what a treat to have the opportunity to pair oysters with wine at the oyster farm - fresh and tasty. Thank you Lucija for recommended Mario to lead our wine tour. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The Villa was equipped with all the amenities for what we needed for our stay - indoor kitchen and outdoor family dining with an awesome grill. Mateo helped us get the best local rib-eye and we grilled and shared a wonderful meal with great friends. Some of us had a cold, so one of our sous chef made soup every morning. There were two washers for your loads of laundry. The property was clean and manicure. We enjoyed our sun tanning and swimming in the ocean with our private beach. The view and sunset is second to none at this seaside location. It is 10 minutes taxi ride to the old town, where you can find plenty of cuisines and culture. We managed to use the same taxi driver for the entire stay. Overall, it was perfect for our group. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again. Stunning villa and location

We have just come back from the villa and our first thought is when can we go back. The villa is beautiful with folding doors opening up the lounge and bedroom and you feel connected immediately to the stunning views outside of the Adriatic Sea. You never tire of seeing the large cruise ships sail by and the luxury yachts coming and going from Dubrovnik harbour. Each day we would go down the steps to the platform at the bottom where we would swim in the sea which was surprisingly warm and so very clear. Shoals of fishes would be all around us with tiny crabs climbing the walls of the platform. It is in a great location and each night we called a taxi to go to Dubrovnik old town which is beautiful and has many high quality restaurants to choose from. Lucija was very helpful and was a pleasure to deal with. I could not recommend this villa enough, the location is absolutely magnificent as was the lovely wine cellar which left us all with cellar envy.

Heaven on Earth

This Villa is a genuine slice of heaven! Large rooms, spectacular views, direct access to the sea, perfectly situated to receive both morning and afternoon sun, and the hostess, Lucija, is so very nice, very accommodating, and very well connected to the wine community. There is even a wine cellar on the premises. I would absolutely return to this Villa for another stay. In fact, I tried and it was already booked! No surprise, as it is truly gorgeous in so many ways. It's also close enough to the airport and to the Old Town, but also far enough away to hear nothing but the sea. Honestly one of the best Villas I have ever experienced!
