The view is magical some mornings you wake up to Dolphin's swimming past the room, the room was clean and comfy , and the host was very helpful and always responded to questions promptly. Truly a paradise.

It was a great place. It was a little misty smelling but you get used to it after a bit. The place was great other than that

Thank you so much! We are glad you had a lovely time. We always take feedback seriously, with regards to the “Musty” smell. It is just a combination of the ocean air. We have many air purifiers and dehumidifiers in the unit to help keep the air fresh. Sometimes it gets confused with smelling musty.

The condo is perfectly placed for amazing sunsets, sunrises and walks on the beach. All the info shared for the tides and such was great. The air conditioning is a little noisy, but we had busy days with no problem falling asleep to the “white noise”. Hosts were very responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! The host was incredibly accommodating and helped us book the unit the same day, which we really appreciated. The condo was clean, and had an amazing view of the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially nice after spending time at the beach. Overall, a beautiful and comfortable place to stay, and we would definitely stay here again!

View was perfect! Beach access was limited during high tide, that was a downfall. Communication with the host was great. Very responsive and helpful.

Major issue was lockbox on door. Would not open. After texting host someone was sent right away but we kept the key on us the whole time because that box needs to be changed. Place was clean & comfy. celing fan over bed was very dusty. Also bring a roll of paper towels they dont provide. Being on the ocean is worth the stay.

We’d like to clarify that our standard Master Lock lockbox was functioning properly during your stay, and we assisted with instructions for using it and showed you how to open it up. We also regularly clean and inspect the ceiling fans, including the fan above the bed. Our checkout instructions are provided to help ensure a smooth turnover, but unfortunately they were not followed during this stay. We appreciate the feedback and will continue doing our best to provide a clean and comfortable experience for our guests.

This property had excellent views of the ocean and it was also very clean and well equipped. The only negative thing would be lack of beach access.

A nicely decorated spacious one bedroom with a truly oceanfront balcony- the closest unit to the sea. The balcony has these chairs up high on platforms so you can see over the railing and use the shelf on the railing for your seaside meal. There are multiple air conditioning units, fans and air filter to ensure it is not too warm or humid or mildewed. There is also an ice maker. The kitchen was well equipped with a Kuerig coffee maker that can be used with single cup pods or filter for the carafe. We most appreciated how quickly hot water came to the kitchen sink and shower and the responsiveness of our host who lives in the area. The bed was fine for our backs and the curtains darkening. There was plenty of free parking by the condo this last week of August. We came to do body surfing and enjoyed that during high tide by walking over to the public access beach nearby. The waves were great and no sea life encounters! We hope this detail supports our very high recommendation for this unit!

The condo had a musty smell and had NO real beach due to a storm a fewMonths back. I believe this property willNot be around 2 years from now. The high tied was at the vast of the 3 story condo building. Price should have been around 100 per night based on no real beach and the musty smell. Otherwise the place was very clean and nice

Regarding the smell you mentioned, we have multiple moisture-control and air-treatment systems throughout the unit and have not received similar feedback from other guests. Given our oceanfront location, the natural coastal air can sometimes be perceived differently by individual guests. Regarding beach access, our listing includes information about beach conditions at various tide levels. While the beach directly in front of the building can vary depending on the tide, guests have access to wider beach areas just a short walk to either side of the property. We strive to offer a clean, comfortable oceanfront stay at a competitive value for the area and appreciate all guest feedback as we continue to improve the experience. Had a wonderful getaway! Everything was clean and comfortable—especially the bed! Everything I needed was available, in terms of cooking and appliances. The high tides weren’t a problem, as there are 2 public access areas on either side of the unit. Cute place, clean, comfortable, and hoping to book again, in the off season.

The place was exactly as listed and what we needed. Do pay attention to the reviews as that helped our expectations. You are literally on top of the ocean (which we loved) but it is very loud between the ocean, AC units, and dehumidifier. I don’t mind that kind of white noise but others might. There is no dry, sandy beach in front of the unit but you can access beach areas within walking distance. We did see people putting chairs in the wet sand and walking in front of the unit during low tide. We were happy to just sit on the balcony, which felt like being on the beach just without sand. Very quick communication with the owners who were super accommodating to us. Thank you so much!

We enjoyed our stay & the view from the deck was directly over the water during high tide (which is most of the day). It was just what we needed - quaint, near restaurants, had great ocean views and easy to access the water, and it is on the quiet end of town. The host was always available if we needed to get in contact.
