Another fine stay!

This was our third stay at this property. It's a great place to feel connected to the ocean, the sounds of the surf while laying in bed. Although the beach access is limited at high tide, it didn't put a damper on our stay - it was worth it to have such close proximity to the ocean from the deck.

The property was as described it was clean. And we like being so close to the water to enjoy the balcony and watch the fish jumping out of the water and boats go by. The host was very fast to respond to my question or concerns. Would stay again if we decide to go to topsail again in future.

We were delighted to stay in this charming apartment. We were enticed by the proximity of the deck to the water, and it did not disappoint! We loved watching the sunrise and hearing the waves crashing throughout the day. (This side of the building is good for morning sun).The apartment and general locale were serene, especially being off-season - plenty of uncrowded beach walking (low tide) and bird watching (all day). The place itself is quite cozy and well appointed, and yes the bed is very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need for home cooking -- bring storage containers with you. We would definitely stay again, and thank Alan for his efficient hospitality.

Had a great time here! Parking was easy, host was available at all times and very helpful! All check in and out instructions were easy to follow. The condo was clean and the bed was comfortable! Beautiful view of the ocean and also a quiet area to truly relax! Thank you for a great weekend!

The beach views are amazing and I enjoyed hearing the ocean at night. They had all the necessary supplies. The host is very responsive and helpful.

This was such a unique and beautiful place to stay. The tide comes in pretty far, but please don’t let that deter you! It was our favorite part of the room. We saw dolphins literally right below us. It was perfect!

We absolutely love Topsail & enjoyed our stay in this condo. We even got to see some dolphins!! Alan was very responsive anytime I had a question & the check in/check out process was seamless! The bed was super comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. When the tides are high, there is public beach access a couple houses up the road which is really nice.

The host was highly communicative and responsive. The unit was comfortable and well appointed. My favorite part of my stay was enjoying the proximity to the water, which is very close to the balcony at high tide. It is true that there are frequent dolphin sightings. In fact, they were visible almost everyday, if not everyday, throughout the day, some being spotted quite close.

Great getaway

The property was exactly as listed and exactly what we needed for this trip. Owners were prompt in all communications and extremely helpful with suggestions for the area!! Check-in and check-out were smooth, efficient and very easy.Thanks for sharing your property!

Great place to enjoy the beach!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay and wish it could have been longer. Well equipped, kitchen, plenty of linens furnished. Magnificent views of the ocean. Alan was a great host and quick to respond. I definitely recommend this to others.

Perfect Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sacred Sands II…so close to the beach and very comfortable! We really enjoyed fishing and walking the beach. It really had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend. Alan was so quick to respond if we had questions.

A Great Beach Retreat!

My fiancée and I really enjoyed ourselves this past weekend. The condo was clean, organized and offers an awesome location. I will say the bed was comfortable which was a first for me at a beach rental. Alan is a nice guy to deal with. He has your best interests in mind. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay with Sacred Sands again!

The ceiling in the bedroom never worked, after several messages with host. He did try changing the batteries but to no avail. This caused a sleep disturbance for me and my wife throughout our entire stay. The noise level of the a/c, dehumidifier and fan were just unbearable. I wish I had a decibel checker but it must have been over 60 routinely. The plate and bowls in the cupboard were also not well cleaned. Seemed just rinsed with water. Pull out couch mattress probably needs replacement. Barely had any support for the back.

Fabulous vacation and experience

What a perfect last minute getaway! Alan was so responsive and helpful, from the time we booked to when we headed home. The condo was right on the beach and perfect for our family of four. The pictures are true to life. The king bed was incredibly comfortable. In fact in 18 years of renting beach houses it was the most comfortable bed we have ever had. The view was amazing. We loved the deck furniture! The beach chairs were a nice added treat. The colors and decorations were very beach’s my and perfect. Just an amazing experience!

Overall, we were very pleased with this rental. The location couldn't have had better access to the beach, except for high tide when the access steps were legitimately in the surf. (Other beach access was just up the road.) Sitting on the deck with the ocean "right there" was impressive. We were treated to some beautiful sunrises. Restaurants were relatively nearby, and we were happy with food options. The fishing pier was just a five-minute drive and provided excellent fishing, and food at their small restaurant. Our host did a great job communicating with us, and the whole process was very easy. For the unit itself, we hadn't realized that the bunkbed nook is in the hallway, but my son found it comfortable. The master had good storage space, good lighting, and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was small, but adequate. We thought there was going to be a dishwasher but were wrong. The oven on the electric stove was challenging to preheat to a specific temperature. While the temperature in the unit was always comfortable, the air handling units are rather loud, run constantly, and take some getting used to. All things considered, this rental was a very good value and a great location for our first visit to North Topsail Beach!
