Thank you for your review. I’m glad you enjoyed the peaceful Pimlico neighbourhood and appreciated the champagne welcome. Just to clarify for future guests: the flat is in Zone 1, Central London. Victoria Station is about a 10-minute walk, Sloane Square about 12, and there are plenty of cafés, brasseries, and shops just 5–7 minutes away. As this guest didn’t have a smartphone or internet access, I wasn’t able to share my usual digital welcome pack or video guides. Instead, I met him personally, walked him through the flat, and marked key local spots on a map for him. The sofa bed is a single-action modern design that takes just seconds to open — I normally provide a short video showing how. The shower system is a standard UK dual setup, and I’m always happy to help if anything’s unclear. The kitchen includes coffee and a French press. For hygiene reasons, we don’t leave open items like salt or spices, and paper towels are not listed but easily found locally. As for the lighting — the flat features custom Collingwood designer fittings, chosen to reflect a clean, modern aesthetic. It was a pleasure to host you, and I hope you had a great stay in London.
