Villa Lina is located in Marina Serra di Tricase. It is part of a charming historic villa facing the sea, built in the early 1900s and nestled in a lush garden of approximately 4,000 square meters; it is unique in both location and architecture. In fact, the entire structure—thanks to its shape, its porthole-like windows, and the mere few meters separating it from the sea—evokes the appearance of a large ship at sea, giving guests the feeling of staying aboard one.

The portion of the villa available for vacation rentals consists of the first floor of the large villa; it is completely independent and covers approximately 750 square meters. It is easily accessed from the waterfront through a private entrance gate and driveway, leading to a spacious courtyard (approx. 100 square meters) where 2–3 cars can be parked. You enter the interior through a large glass wall, which floods all the rooms with light and brings the sea right into the house: into the living room! to the dining table while you’re having lunch! into the ocean-facing bedroom, where you can wake up every morning and admire the sunrise right from the comfort of your bed!
The entire building features high “star-shaped” and “barrel-vaulted” ceilings that “adorn” the spacious rooms (approx. 150 square meters), which stay cool in summer and warm in winter—perfect for living.

Villa Lina can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with 3 en-suite bathrooms (“red room”: with 1 double bed; “Yellow Room”: with 1 double bed + 1 single bed; “Gray Room”: with 1 double bed + 1 fold-out single bed (retractable).
