Luxury Apartment in the Rione Monti

A Luxury suite, in one of the most "Roman" streets of the city, a stone's throw from the Colosseum and the Imperial Forums. The apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, furnished with restored antiques and a large kitchen area complete with everything, a designer bedroom with attention to detail and a beautiful bathroom with a large shower. It accommodates up to 4 people and the magnificent location allows you to get around the center of Rome on foot and to enjoy many small and historic restaurants and pubs.

APARTMENT RULES:

- ENTRANCE TO THE APARTMENT IS ALLOWED UNTIL 00:30-Late checkin fee from 22 to 00:30 of €50.If you arrive after 00:30 proceed to cancell the reservation

- The tourist tax (€ 6 per night per person) will be paid in cash upon arrival.

- For bookings longer than a week there is a weekly cleaning of € 45 in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.

- travel cot is available upon request

IMPORTANT: to complete the online check-in it is necessary to attach a photo of your identity card or passport. The driving license is invalid.
Upon request, guests must send documents relating to the registration of arrivals.

Had a wonderful stay. Great accomodations, super comfortable bed, clean property and AC worked great. Very good area to stay in close to everything we wanted to see. Able to walk everywhere. Highly recommend and would stay again. Thank you hosts for a great stay.

Location in Monti area is super for those who prefer to be able to walk to the attractions close by. Interior was very comfortable.I would rate this property highly.

A Wonderful stay and location

The apartment was beautiful - with a lot of charm - clean and in a very good location. The check-in process was smooth, and we had a lovely, comfortable stay.

Perfect Apartment in Rome

Great location close to Colosseum, restaurants and shops. Short stay apartment was beautiful, recently renovated, so much charm and character. Would definitely stay here again, great communication with host, very responsive and helpful.

Excellent location

Loved our time in this VRBO. Very close to the ancient regions of Rome if you're into that (like i am) and not to far from the metro stop. Easy access to local restaurants. Perfect for your Roman Holiday.

The lovely apartment on Rione Monti Rome was perfectly located in an ideal neighborhood minutes from the Coliseum and Metro, and surrounded by numerous dining options.The host communications were responsive and helpful. The pick-up service arranged by the host was excellent. We greatly appreciated the washer/dryer in the apartment. The only issue we had was with the AC, which was insufficient. The host responded to our concerns and provided AC maintenance, but the excessive heat at that time in Rome was too much for the cooling system to handle well. We understand that the extreme heat in Rome that week was a challenge for the cooling systems throughout Rome.

Roma -- just beautiful

Apartment was wonderfully appointed and the location was excellent, close to many restaurants and historic ruins. Roberto even set up our taxi to the airport on the day we were leaving. We would highly recommend this VRBO and hope to someday be able to return.

I know us Americans have high expectations for air conditioning, but the ac did not perform well enough to cool off the room for sleeping. Also, unhappy with the lack of performance from the water heater. Not enough hot water to take 2 showers back to back. The lack of these 2 makes it less than “luxury” apartment. Everything else was great. Host communicated the property was in a great location.

Best location

The location of this property was AMAZING! Ricardo was very friendly and always available. The apartment was clean and exactly like the pictures. The kitchen had all the appliances, pots, utensils, and even salt, etc. the bathroom was recently renovated and very clean. We will stay there again.

Beautiful apartment

We were cordially met by an associate of the owner as we reached the apartment. He gave us a brief orientation to entering/exiting the building as well as tips for things we may want in the area. This was a great location to enjoy our first stay in Rome. I would recommend this to any couple.

Historical Area Gem

Modern, spacious and excellent, convenient location!

My wife & I loved our stay here. The apartment was spotless clean, with modern bathroom facilities, air conditioning, spacious living room and small kitchen including a washer/dryer combo. We lacked for nothing. The owner was very responsive to any of our questions/inquiries. The location is on a small street just literally 10 feet across from several restaurants, not to mention the immediate area as well. We definitely would stay here again as a first choice!

Perfect Rome Apartment

Location, cleanliness, ease of check-in. This apartment is a gem. Best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. Tastefully decorated apartment with plenty of room to feel comfortable and at home. Location prefect for seeing all the sites in Rome. Restaurants very close. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Only concern would be that elevator is very small so if you are claustrophobic, you will not be using it. Nonetheless, the stairway is well lite and stair treads are wide so it is easy to ascend and descend.

Lovely apartment in a very cool location

Loved this apartment in a non touristy location. Lots of restaurants very close by. Five minute walk to the Coliseum and the metro. Comfortable bed and kitchen stocked with all the necessities. Difficulty opening the door but figured it out. Unable to use the Elevator but we never asked if there was a trick to it. Just did the stairs. Would return to this apartment. Owner very responsive.

Clean, well appointed apartment in wonderful location

We were thrilled to find the apartment so clean and comfortable. The washer/dryer and dishwasher were great to have during our 2 week stay. The location could not be better! Just steps to both the Forum and the Coliseum. Restaurants, bars and markets are up and down the street making it very convenient. Management was great at keeping in touch and asking if all was well. Longer stays, like ours, require intermittent cleaning for which you are charged, and there is also a final cleaning charge. Be prepared to pay for those expenses and taxes at departure. I would highly recommend this well cared for apartment in the heart of Monti.

vacation at the foot of the forum

The rooms are exactly as shown on the website or even better- well designed, spacious, filled with light, and very comfortable.The windows offer excellent soundproofing, which is important because the street gets very crowded and noisy. The kitchen is well enough supplied to allow for cooking the occasional simple meal. There are more amenities than are even listed, including a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and dishwasher - really welcome for people like us who stayed nearly two weeks. The neighborhood is wonderful - streets filled with tourists and locals, restaurants (some of them excellent)and boutiques and bars, as well as churches and the kinds of stores and workplaces that sustain the local residents. There's a terrific little regional market with excellent produce, fish, charcuterie and household items literally a block away. Our only complaint had to do with the cleaning staff - not with the cleaning itself, which was immaculate, but with their having left inadequate supplies, so that we ended up buying our own toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, and laundry detergent, and also told an outright lie about a dishwasher malfunction that they caused, blaming it on us when we hadn't even used it. But aside from the lie, which I thought was outrageous, these are minor complaints and the experience as a whole was terrific. I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable, beautifully appointed, and well located place to come back to every night.
