Great stay for first time visitors. Clean and had everything we needed and great location to walk to places or catch a lift from taxi or car service. We loved it and the AC was fabulous.

Same neighborhood as Colisseum. Communication and check in was great. Walking distance to just about everything. Get a gelato and admire the Colisseum at night.

This is the perfect quaint apartment for your Italian stay with everything you need! It is walking distance from transit, amazing food, and iconic/historical landmarks (Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Roman Forum). The local train station is just behind the apartment which makes it convenient to travel around the city if you want to take a break from walking. Dasha was so helpful and 100% available. She made sure all our questions were answered when we arrived. Her recommendations for things to do were experienced with much appreciation. This was our first time in Italy and our first experience staying in a VRBO in a foreign country. Our stay here exceeded our expectations and made our vacation a memorable one!

Location and accommodations are excellent.. Only downfall there is no dryer just a washer! We met the owner and she was very helpful.. Great bottle of wine was a gift .

A week exploring!

Great little property centrally located next to just about everything. Great little English pub down the street if you miss home or just wanna grab a soccer match for a bit. Highly recommend vila de monte a fantastic restaurant for a true Roman.

Adorable property conveniently located near the Colosseum, Trevi fountain and just outside a metro station. Very quiet while inside with the most comfortable bed on our trip so far! Well equipped with basic necessities and a nice touch when we arrive - a bottle of wine awaited!

Cute

It's a cute little place with walkability and easy access to the subway. Lots of eateries around and a great coffee shop around the corner.

Excellent location with tons of restaurants and easy walks everywhere. Dasha was super helpful and they were responsive. They let us have a later checkout since our flight was in the late afternoon. We appreciated the bottle of wine and the apartment was super cute. I would have liked a slightly softer bed, but I think I may be in the minority.

Beautiful, comfortable super clean apartment with elevator. Around corner from metro. Shops and great restaurants nearby. Walk to many sites. One of the reasons we picked this place is that it has a microwave as well as refrigerator. Note if you are really short you will not be able to reach the microwave or one rod for clothes in armoire. I’m 4’6” and fortunately my husband could reach these but if this is you, you might want to request if they can put in a step stool for short term. Everything else fantastic.

Stay in Rome

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean and the bed was very comfortable, especially after a long day of traveling around. I loved the décor and appreciated the Rome travel guides that were provided. The place was close to the train station as well as the Colosseum. Very easy to walk everywhere we needed to from here.

The perfect spot to stay in Rome!

Everything about this apartment was perfect! The location can’t be beat - so close to everything! The neighborhood of Monti has so many great restaurants and bars and we always felt very safe walking around day and night. Walter and Natalia are great hosts and provide many extras for their guests. I can’t wait to return!

Beautiful space

Beautiful space, very communicative property managers. The check in was super smooth and someone was there to check us in and give recommendations. Couldn’t think of a more beautiful location. Highly recommended !

Cozy apartment in a great location

My husband and I spent almost 3 weeks in this charming apartment. It's in a great location! Lots of restaurants, close to the Metro, and you can walk almost everywhere. The apartment is clean and well equipped with anything you might need.The owner greeted us and suggested places to visit. All in all we were pleased with our Rome holiday!

The sunshine maisonette apartment is absolutely charming. It was perfect for my daughter and I to spend a week. Dasha was a very helpful hostess. After long days of walking and touring Rome, we were happy to put our feet up in this cozy little room. The bed was very comfortable. The building was quiet and safe. I loved the windows looking out over the lush interior garden space. Also, the Monti neighborhood is perfect for grabbing anything you need. There are some hidden gems of shops and restaurants. The subway stop is so close and convenient. This is a great location for a launch point for any activity in Rome.Lastly, five stars for having a high quality hairdryer and hair curling brush. This is a must have for Americans, whose hairdryers are not compatible with European electric sources.

Perfect location for our stay

The apartment was all we could ask for. By comparison to apartments in some cities, Rome apartments generally seem to be on the smaller size, but it was nevertheless comfortable and quiet. The owners were helpful and responsive to any requests before and during our stay and Walter met us on arrival as planned. He gave us a detailed introduction to the apartment and to the area around the apartment. The apartment really is in a great location and we would have no hesitation staying again if we visit in the future.

Great location! Wonderful owners!

We had a wonderful experience at Walter and Natalie’s property. The location could not be better. We experienced a two night delay in London, due to weather. Walter was very understanding and helpful. We were grateful to have such a lovely man greet us. He explained everything thoroughly when we arrived. We highly recommend this property. And plan to return!
