The boathouse was built around 1860 by a noble family from Cernobbio, owners of a prominent villa that lacked direct access to the lake.
The boathouse, designed to accommodate small boats, allowed the villa’s guests to enhance their stay with excursions into the upper reaches of Lake Como.
Left in a state of neglect in the mid-1950s, it was recently purchased and completely renovated by the current owners.

LAKEQUEEN is located just a few hundred meters from the historic village of Cernobbio.

Bordering the grounds of the prestigious Villa Pizzo, it has no neighboring residences and therefore ensures absolute privacy.

It overlooks the lake directly with private access—a feature unmatched by other accommodations on Lake Como—and features a private dock for mooring boats.
It boasts a south-facing orientation while being sheltered from northern winds by the Rovenna hill.

Access to the LAKEQUEEN dock from the parking area is via an ancient and picturesque staircase, restored using the same stones that have been used since the late 1600s.

You enter the living area, which features a spacious sofa in front of the fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave, and a dining table.

From the living room, you step out onto a first terrace, perfect for al fresco dining to the sound of lapping waves. From there, a staircase leads up to the spacious sun terrace—which serves as the roof of the entire dock—where you can enjoy the spectacle of unique and unforgettable sunsets over the water.

From all the windows, as well as from both terraces, the view of the lake is unique and breathtaking.

On the lower level, connected by an internal staircase, is the sleeping area with a super king-size bed (220 x 200 cm), a walk-in closet, a flat-screen smart TV, and a Sonos Hi-Fi stereo system. Full bathroom with shower.

From the bedroom, you can access the outdoor stone terrace right at the water’s edge, equipped with an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, lounge chairs, and all the amenities you need to enjoy a sunny day, watch the sunset, or take a swim.

LAKEQUEEN has a private dock, from which you can set out on a boat with a captain for a delightful guided excursion or moor a boat rented during your vacation to explore the lake in complete freedom.

Staying at LAKEQUEEN offers the same experience as staying on a luxury yacht.
