The home is beautifully decorated. The grounds are lovely. The only small inaccuracy is the pool is really small, but also not a hot tub. The grounds are lovely. Lots of steps to get to restaurants and shops but we got used to that quickly.

Ultimately we had a good trip, check in was a bit clunky as there were miscommunications around keys and being let into the place - there's no lockbox at the property and reliance is on their team to let you in - if you're not arriving all at the same time, this is a challenge. Property was clean as described, well stocked, and comfortable. Great views and more property than is described in the listing here. Beware: Take many pictures of the property both arriving and departing to ensure you're not getting charged for something you didn't cause, and prevent being taken advantage of.

Thank you for acknowledging that the villa was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and even better than described. However, as this review was published after our documented claim for damage caused during the stay, it would unfortunately seem to be retaliatory. The suggestion that guests might be charged unfairly is entirely inaccurate: the damage was supported by evidence and, after reviewing the documentation provided, the platform approved our claim and awarded us compensation through its official procedure. Regarding check-in, your party arrived in three separate groups on different days and at different times. Our team organized three separate check-ins and, as requested, arranged porter services for each group. The only difficulty occurred when the second group arrived. We provide guests with multiple sets of keys, and an additional set had been left inside the villa because you had informed us that the first group would be there to welcome the second. When nobody was there, our team immediately resolved the situation by retrieving another set of keys from one of the guests at the nearby tennis court. We believe our team provided considerable flexibility and assistance throughout the stay, and we regret that this was not fairly reflected in the review.

We rented this home in July 2026 to celebrate my wife Jennifer’s 40th birthday with two other couples, and it delivered exactly what was promised — which, if you’ve rented enough places, you know is not a given. The photos didn’t oversell it. The view and terrace were made for evening drinks watching the sunset, and we used them every single night. But here’s the thing: there are a lot of beautiful homes in Italy. What made this trip extraordinary was Renato. He communicated constantly, gave us real direction on the rest of our trip, and was responsive to every ask — arranging transfers, luggage porters, and, the highlight of the whole week, a private chef for Jennifer’s birthday dinner.A house can be gorgeous. But the host is what actually makes or breaks a trip, and Renato made this one unforgettable. We’re already talking about coming back and doing it all again. Thank you, Renato — we won’t hesitate to book with you again.

Paradise in Positano

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The property manager went well beyond our expectations to welcome us to a beautiful villa. It was so peaceful and well maintained. Pasquale gave us wonderful food recommendations, helpful tips and assisted us with any questions. We will return to this spot soon.

Absolutely gorgeous villa with a breathtaking view of the Positano valley. The home is beautifully designed with exquisite Italian furnishings. Walkable to Positano. Extremely friendly and helpful management. Hire Mike Fiorentino as your driver, through the villa management. He is amazing!

Suburb Villa in Positano

Suburb property/villa. The pictures don't do this property justice. Large villa with large rooms and bedrooms in great location, plenty of space for our family of 8. Pool great to cool of legs after walk or hiking. Pasquale the manager was great, great communication and timely with any questions and all his recommendations spot on.

Fabulous Villa

We were a group of 8 friends staying at this villa for 4 days. It was incredible!! Pasquale the house manager was incredibly communicative, helpful and welcoming. He provided lots of local recommendations and made us feel like family. The home itself is stunning! The pictures don’t do it justice. We were all shocked at how beautiful the home was. There was plenty of space for all of us and there was lots of great places to relax. It was a close walk to the center of town as well. Would recommend.

Better than a Home away from Home.

This is a very comfortable home with four really good size Bedrooms and 3 baths. One bath is difficult to get into as it involves climbing up and then down into the tub/ Shower. The kitchen and Dining room open up into a beautiful garden area with dining table and small pool. The upstairs bedroom open to a large balcony with seats and loungers. The best part of this Villa was the Property manager Pasquale Romano who you can call for everything and anything at any time.He is the most responsive and helpful person you could ask for anywhere. He even hoisted my 50 pound suitcase onto his shoulder and carried it up all 75 steps you need to climb to get to the villa. On this trip we also rented a villa in Tuscany and an apartment in Rome and this was by far the best.

Huge villa with tons of beautiful outdoor space

Really great experience, easy communication with Pasquale. They helped me get dinner reservations and cabs when needed, they care and treat you well. The villa is just up the hill a bit from the main town center. Just a 7 minute walk down the road to the main pedestrian walkway to town. We chose to take cabs on the way back up the hill at night, but overall easy to get right in town. The villia itself is huge, feels like a castle. It is very clean with a well-stocked kitchen. But the outdoor space is the real gem, several different patios and terraces. Even a small garden with basil, parsley, eggplant, peppers and tomatoes we were welcome to use.. and we did. We spent most of our time relaxing in the lush gardens and patios. A cute little staircase brings you to the upper levels and it feels like a fairly tale. Bathrooms were recently renovated and are nice and big. Overall I would stay here again, lived like a king for a few days and I highly recommend.

Amazing Stay in Positano

Our family of 7, including 5 young adults, recently spent four days in Positano at this villa. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The property and home were wonderful and allowed us all to spread out. The property manager Pasquale, ensured we had a great experience - not just as guests, but treating us as he would want his own family to be treated. While just like anywhere else in Positano, the steps ensure a daily workout. Staying at this property, however, which was approximately 15 min walk from town, gave our family the opportunity to spend time away from the crowds and get a glimpse of local life.
