5 The Townhouses - a house that sleeps 8 guests in 4 bedrooms

Hi, Simon! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re really pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay at 5 The Townhouses and found it a great place overall. It’s lovely to know you appreciated the well?appointed bedrooms, the comfortable lounge with its great views, and the convenience of the parking permits. Thank you also for your balanced comments regarding the busy road, the kitchen layout, and the drop?off and pick?up being a little challenging due to the bus stop outside. Feedback like this is always helpful for future guests to understand what to expect and for us to continue improving where possible. We’re glad you still found everything well equipped and enjoyable. We’d be very happy to welcome you back to Keswick again in the future. Best wishes, Keswick Cottages

We're so sorry that you felt there were some shortcomings this time. As soon as you made us aware there were some cleanliness issues the Housekeeping manager called round to see you and rectify them personally straight away. This is certainly not our usual standard and please be assured additional training has since been completed with the cleaner. The Townhouses are situated in central Keswick only a stones throw from the lovely independent shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants etc. so while this is extremely convenient, unfortunately some noise is inevitable. We do look after a number of beautiful properties on the outskirts of Keswick and the surrounding villages so if you would prefer a more peaceful/rural location please get in touch and we would be happy to make some suggestions for your next holiday. We hope to welcome you and your family again soon!
