Great location, in the Colosseum area! This is an amazing loft with complete services. A comfortable double bed and an extra single bed on the top and a sofa bed in the living area. Fully furnished with particular shabby chic wooden tables and furniture. An original style ready for your best vacation.

This amazing loft is perfect for a couple, family or a group. Why is this place so unique? The particular furnitures, nice wooden mirrors and old style wardrobe. There's a big table to have meals together and the bathroom is minimal, but very comfortable.

The guests will have the keys of the entrance door and they can use all the apartment by their own. No space limitation.

I am always going to be available for my guests. During your stay you will always be supported by me and and there's also a congeries service in the building.

In less than 5 minutes walking you can easily reach the central station, the Colosseum and the Domus Aurea with the green area of Colle Oppio, the great Basilica of San Giovanni, Palazzo Brancaccio or the Church of San Giuseppe di Cluny.
Do not miss the breakfast or the aperitivo at the historic Pasticceria Panificio Panella. I can't resist to get in every time I am going out. Perfect Italian espresso coffe, best Italian dolci and of course good Aperol spritz for every moment of the day.

The building is in a very strategic position. It's in the middle between the two metro lines we have in Rome. If you don't like to use the underground, then busses or tram stations are just in front of this building. The tram number 3 connects the Colosseum with the opposite side of the city arriving in Villa Borghese and the busses 85 and 87 brings you directly in the heart of the Via del Corso.

Behind our building there's also a famous theater "Teatro Brancaccio" and so you can see live exhibitions of famous Italian singers or dancers.

If guests ask for I can also help them with car transfer, main monument's tickets reservation with or without guides. I can also offer a private massage with professional operators.
