The apartment comes with a bright living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, one bathroom with a walk in shower and a wonderful spacious terrace equipped with table, seats and awning where you can enjoy a classical Italian aperitif.



The apartment has been furnished with care and attention, designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The terrace is a fantastic refuge where you can read and admire the typical roofs and bell towers around.

Perfect location, very nice space

Had a great time in Rome and this property was in a perfect location. Easy to get anywhere, short walks to public transportation, lots of restaurants close by, and the piazza was bustling day and night!! Would definitely stay here again.

Location is good , 5 min walk to the farmers market , lots of stores and plenty of restaurants. Pretty close to some of the attractions . The apartment is on the 3 rd floor elevator didn't work so if you have heavy suitcase or difficulty walking wont be to easy . The apartment has pretty basic supplies . We stored our suitcase in a locker after check out because our flight was in the evening you are in a hotel you don't have to worry about it , so there is always pros and cons as always … Host was nice came to meet us on time . Happy Travels !

The location was excellent in a quiet area, close to the central market and all desired areas. The bed/pillows were very comfortable. There is a curtain to the bedroom, ok for a couple. The unit is small but plenty of space for two people. The check in was a little confusing but that was probably on our end. The air conditioning was not working the first night during a red alert heat wave so we stayed up downloading manuals all night to no avail. They fixed it the next afternoon which was appreciated. The shower has low water pressure but was ok.

Great location!

Perfect apartment for a stay in Rome, good restaurants within walking distance, in fact we walked everywhere, from the Vatican to the Spanish Steps and everything in between. Comfortable bed, small bathroom and two sofas to relax on at the end of the day. Would stay again!

Great Location

We absolutely loved this apartment! The Spanish Steps were so close we walked by them every day. Restaurants on every corner and the shopping was fantastic! We will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay in Rome

Location was great - we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Apartment was clean, and Leonardo and Maria were great hosts, answering questions and responding to emails. Felt like we had a home in the middle of Rome! Would highly recommend.

Great Place located to so much

The stay was amazing and comfortable and host was very responsive! Only thing I would recommend is lights in the hallways leading up to the apartment!! Very dark so could be a hazard but everything else was perfect

Lovely apartment with fantastic location

We absolutely loved our time in Rome and this apartment as our home base was awesome. So many restaurants and shops nearby and so many of the major attractions were very accessible. One of our best meals of the trip was at the restaurant just outside the front door. The apartment itself was clean and served us very well.

Charming apartment in great location

My daughter and I had a great experience staying in this lovely apartment in a great location in Rome. We could easily walk to so many famous sites and there are great restaurants and shops all around. Great communication with the owner and easy check in when we arrived at the apartment. We recommend!

This apartment is in a great location, as we could walk to everywhere. Good restaurants and bars nearby. The stairs were not a problem for us. Air conditioning was a bonus given the heat.

The area was superb. Amazing restaurants, boutiques and local market with everything from produce to vinegars and oils. Almost all major attractions were walkable. Apartment well equipped and spotless. Communication and service was excellent.

Fabulous location

Heart of the city off of Campo di Fiori. Quiet though. Wonderful host - incredibly helpful in booking taxi to and from apartment. Clean. Nice patio for morning coffee.

Great Place

Had a great time in Rome. The property was as advertised. The host worked with us to adjust to our time schedule for arrival. It was quite a few steps to get to the apartment but didn’t mind them. Overall I would recommend this place.

Comfortable, convenient, quiet

Ideal location on an ancient street, very quiet yet close to many sites, shops, restaurants, and public transit. Well-furnished; comfortable bed. The bathroom is a bit quirky, but no significant issues. We enjoyed the terrace, even in late fall. We would be very happy to stay here again.

Great Location

We loved the apartment and it was in an excellent location. Close to Campo de Fiori, shopping and restaurants. It was so quite at night you would never know you were in the middle of Rome. Great value for the money! Maria was quick to respond as she arranged our transport to Termini Station.

Vary quaint apartment

Great location in the old district. Good food and shopping nearby. There were some ants in the bathroom. Lots of steps, 3rd floor walk up, but remember, the first floor is zero.

Rome in 4 days

Fantastic flat and terrace. Excellent appliances. Small bathroom but efficient. Washing machine and drying rack! Ample living space. Perfect location.
