Great flat. Excellent location. Quite central with easy access to the tube and shops. The host (Vera) was always easy to communicate with. Her recommendations were great as well. This VRBO met & exceeded our expectations.

Couldn’t recommend this stay more! Vera was easy to communicate and very reliable! During the heat wave, we were impressed how cool the property stayed! We also very much enjoyed the close proximity to the Circle Line (tube) and trains (Paddington). We ended our trip at a hotel, but regretted not having our entire trip at this property!

Vera was an extremely prompt communicator, incredibly helpful and kind. The flat is well appointed, supplying everything a guest might need. Fans are in every room to help combat the hot summer days. The beds are a dream, so comfy. The bathroom appears new - attractive and clean. The location is excellent, a lovely neighborhood close to shopping and transit. I would most definitely stay here again, and hope I shall.

My travel bestie and I stayed five nights at this lovely rental property, and it was everything we could have asked for. From the cute decor, comfortable beds and furniture, to a well stocked kitchen, to the bonus of having an outside garden, our stay was great! I especially loved how close the property was to the Underground stations, proximity to late night restaurants and the fans in every room during the hot summer months. The bedrooms being on the lower floor kept them cool and a nice respite to come home to after long days of sightseeing. And it was especially useful to have mirrors in both bedrooms, for us to get ready each morning while the other was showering. Our host was very responsive, offered great suggestions for local sights, and we would love to stay in her property again in the future.

Grad trip

This property was as described. Quite neighborhood close to multiple tube stations. Centrally located for easy travel around city. Better value than a hotel room, giving you much more space. Would recommend for 2-3 travelers.

Great place

Close to Edgware tube station. There is no clothes washer-dryer in apartment. Owner was very helpful. Would stay here again!

Great stay in London

Vera's place in Tyburnia, just north of Hyde Park, is super. We were four in number, and it was not only comfortable but well equipped. We were out every day all over London, and the location is excellent, especially if you like walking and running in Hyde Park, as I do. Her manager on the spot, Adam, was gracious, responsive, and helpful. In short, we all loved it.

Beautiful apartment- access to lots!

Vera was wonderful from the beginning, answering all my questions. Her home is just lovely. I felt like I was staying at a friend’s home… great kitchen, lovely furnishings. The home is very close to the tube (about 2 blocks) and about a half mile from Oxford street, great shopping, I highly recommend staying at this great place!

Excellent option in center of London, very clean, nice and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay, including the outside private sitting area. Would highly recommend this option vs a hotel stay. Paddington flat

Vera's flat was great for a week-long stay - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth and communication was excellent. I was there for work and a friend came to join me for the weekend and the flat was more than spacious enough with each of us in our own bedroom. The neighborhood is convenient to everything with the Tube nearby, and especially convenient to the airport as it is only a 5 or 6 minute walk to Paddington Station.

London in April

Could not recommend enough! Flat was a perfect size for our family (myself, spouse, two teen sons) and very conveniently located, five minute walk from Edgware and Paddington stations. Multiple grocery stores and restaurants abound. We walked through Hyde Park, took the underground all over London, and thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Communication was always prompt, clear, and friendly. Wonderful!

Comfortable and stylish

We stayed in this flat for 10 days. It was very comfortable and spacious compared to other options in London. The decor was stylish and interesting. We were just a short walk to either Edgware tube station or Paddington Station. Well stocked with coffee and toiletries! Great communication with the host (despite her being out of town, she had a helper meet us in person to go over all we needed to know for our stay)! We plan to go back and stay again in the future!

Vera’s flat was perfect for us—clean, comfortable, and convenient. It was so much better than staying in a hotel or generic corporate housing. It felt like home for the week. We were a few minutes walk to both Paddington and Edgeware Rd stations and really to anywhere we wanted to go—Hyde Park, Mayfair, Notting Hill were all within an hour walk or a quick Underground ride. And, if you need them, the black cabs were available everywhere and easy (Uber too but we preferred the cabs). The area has a lot of restaurants and cafes as well as food shops. The flat had everything we needed when we were done with our day around the city—to make meals when we didn’t eat out and to do laundry, as well as hanging out together. It was hot in London when we arrived but the breeze with open windows and door was wonderful and spending time in the patio area was lovely. I can’t say enough about Vera’s responsiveness to questions that came up throughout our visit. It was like having a concierge service as well as a helpdesk (Where is the w/d? Which train line to take from the airport? Etc.). We had a wonderful stay.

Thank you, Vera, for hosting us during our stay in London! The flat was conveniently located near the Tube stations, making it very easy to explore London and even travel to Paris. The location was certainly a highlight of our stay.I wanted to share a few suggestions that might make the experience even better for future guests. First, while I appreciate the effort to keep the flat smelling fresh, the number of fragrance diffusers made the scent quite overwhelming. A few less would make the space more comfortable. For longer stays, providing more than one bath towel and hand towel per person would also be a welcome improvement.For international travelers, I would highly recommend considering a lockbox or coded entry system. With our flight arriving late in the evening, we felt extremely rushed to reach the property before the 11:30 PM check-in deadline, knowing we might otherwise need to find accommodations elsewhere for the night. A more flexible check-in process would make a tremendous difference, particularly for guests traveling internationally.Another consideration would be the front door, which automatically locks when closed. Unfortunately, we found ourselves locked out without an opportunity to retrieve our keys. Thankfully, the gentleman who assisted us with both check-in and the lockout was exceptionally professional, courteous, and helpful. His kindness and professionalism were very much appreciated.

Thank you for your suggestions, but a few of them is not possible: check in at 11:30pm is not a deadline, it’s a courtesy, it is not a hotel and we never accommodate any guests that late, but I did exception, you did not informed me before booking about such late arrival either. As for scents it’s just 2 I have and it’s totally removable, most of my guest love it. As for towels, it’s noted, we have plenty in the drawer and you could ask me, so I would let you know, will of course let my helper know. Thx!

Excelente asistencia y comunicación con el anfitrión. Excelente ubicación de la propiedad. Los espacios son un poco reducidos, creo que hay muchos muebles innecesarios que quitan espacio. I am from Eastern Europe, most time spending between California and London. My mom was a very hospitable, warm and kind toward guests so she showed me how important to treat everyone with care and respect, i love to host and hope my guest will feel very welcome and comfortable.

Location, location, location for tourist is perfect! Paddington in zone 1 is very central and walkable to many destinations: you can get to Marylebone, Mayfair, Little Venice, Portobello Market/Notting Hill, Covent Garden South Kensington, Regent Park, Camden, Buckingham Palace within 10-50 minutes by foot. 3 metro stations within 2-8 minutes and bus stop around the corner, not mention many restaurants, cafes, groceries, bars thats why i love this area, perfect for tourists and outgoing person!!!

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

Very traditional yet tastefully, modern furnished, so you get to feel how typical Londoner lives. Very uniques is garden in the back for a very central area in zone 1 flat.
