Beautiful comfortable home. Amazing vineyard and Mountain views all around. The pool was great and having breakfast in the garden under the wisteria pergola was a plus. Beds are extremely comfortable. Enjoyed it immensely over a relaxing weekend. Thank you!!

We had a fantastic stay here. The house was a perfect setting for our gathering of college friends—many of us hadn’t seen each other in over 20 years. The pool and outdoor dining areas made for a wonderfully relaxed afternoon. The kitchen was well-appointed and spotless, and the chefs in our group had everything they needed to prepare great meals. The bedrooms were all spacious, with very comfortable beds. We’d absolutely return to Healdsburg/Lytton Springs and stay here again.

A great family stay

We booked this house for 7 of us and we had plenty of room inside and out. Lots of nice gathering places and the property was well kept. It overlooks a vineyard and feels private and high-end. We stayed for 4 days but I'd highly recommend a week's stay.

Best Vacation Rental to Date

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this gorgeous home for a weekend girls trip in wine country, the pictures do not do this place justice. The property is beautiful, you feel like the scenery in the background is fake. We loved the grounds and the inside of the house is comfortable to host larger groups. The house also had everything you could think of needing (pans, griddle, coffee maker, wine opener, beach towels, hand soap, spices). The property isn’t too far from downtown Healdsburg so the location was great. There’s nothing within walking distance but I’ve stay in Sonoma before and you just need to drive to get to places. I’d rather stay on a scenic property than downtown in my opinion. The sunsets here were amazing. The jacuzzi and pool were used during our stay as well. We all loved our stay here and I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. We were up in Healdsburg for my son's wedding at Trentadue Winery (which was also amazing) and this property was a perfect home for my family to stay. We enjoyed everything about it; i.e., dining area to enjoy a meal together, spacious bedrooms with baths, beautiful kitchen with all the amenities you can ask for and, of course, the outdoor area with pool, hot tub, seating, etc. The weather was beautiful, the wedding location and distance to downtown Healdsburg was within just a few minutes. Couldn't have asked for anything more. :)

Very spacious home with the most well-stocked kitchen of any rental home I've ever had. Gas grille was a great bonus. My kid loved all the space to run around in, especially the game room which was amazing. Perfect Getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the most amazing time at Lytton Station Vineyard Vista. The house was perfect for our party of 8 celebrating my mom's 80th birthday. The rooms were set up perfectly, the grounds are AMAZING, and the location is incredible! We couldn't believe how well the kitchen was stocked with spices, serving utensils and wine glasses! The dining room table looks out over the property so just sitting and eating supper you're amazed at the view. The property has a bocce ball courts which is a pleasant diversion from visiting wineries. We grilled on the gas grilled, played bocce ball and drank amazing wine. PERFECT! We had everything we needed and then some for our trip. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

beautiful property for a total wine country experience

This house was simply perfect for the celebration with our family of a big birthday. It is spacious, comfortable, family oriented, with a very nice kitchen and dining area inside (and out). There are plenty of games to play with kids and adults. The pool is wonderful, even though it is not heated (that wasn't an issue given the warm weather). And the outside grounds are truly gorgeous from the rocking chairs on the front porch to watch the hummingbirds to the vineyards to the bacci ball cout and gorgeous area around the pool. We had a blast! And we will be back.
