Everything was clean, convenient and close to the beach. We had everything needed for our stay. If you're traveling with more than 2 ,you'll find the sofa bed to be very uncomfortable, but other than that, no complaints lol

Property is beautiful and is in a great location. Right in the heart of Isla Verde. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Easy access to main roads and Uber is always available. Property has parking which is a big thing in that area. Beach is walking distance. Many casinos are walking distance from the property. Security is very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed staying in this property and will plan to stay there again.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. My family and I stood for 7 days in San Juan. The condo is right on the beach absolutely beautiful. We were right where everything was meaning pharmacies, supermarket, restaurants, souvenir shops that were all walking distance. Host was great communicating when it was necessary. Airport super close. We had a great experience. Everything you needed in the apartment was available. Oh to top it off you evening have your own parking spot in the building that was a big one for us. I would definitely re-book this place. Loved it. 10/10 rating

Location was great. Felt very safe in neighborhood as well as the building as it was a gated building. Condo had everything needed to be comfortable, including beach chairs/towels. Only issue was parking beeper did not always work right away and pillows were not the comfiest. Otherwise, my family and I enjoyed the stay and would choose again.

Great Location , Great Property, Great Stay

Staying in this area of San Juan you get access to a nice part of the island with great culture and tourists , while also not being far away from the real native’s and cultures of Puerto Rico . Great stay , highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay at this beachfront property. While the building itself is older, the apartment has been slightly remodeled and was comfortable and well maintained. One of the best features was the location — the front door is just steps away from the beach. We also appreciated the 24-hour security, which made us feel safe and at ease throughout our stay. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay, and we would definitely consider renting here again

Great and safe location for our family. We stayed for 9 days and the stay accommodated us perfectly. The condo was clean and simple. Perfect for us since we mainly used it to just sleep and plan our next adventure. Everything worked great. In less than a minute walk you are right on the beach. 15min drive from Viejo San Juan. 2min walk to the strip that has a handful of restaurants, gas stations, souvenir shops, Walgreens and markets. 2hr drive from Cueva Ventana. 1hr drive from Ceiba (ferries to Culebra). The parking was gated and had no issues accessing or leaving the condominium. The host was fantastic and highly responsive. We had zero issues with check-in and check-out. We bought some beach toys for our son and left them at the condo for the next family. We will definitely be staying again!

Great location

Apartment was very clean and in a prime location. Quick access to the beach and lots of police presence which made us feel very safe. Such a beautiful city and this place made our stay great!

**Great Location and Amenities, but Several Maintenance Issues**The property has an excellent location, right next to the beach, with a very nice swimming pool. One particularly convenient feature is the availability of outdoor showers near the pool, directly accessible from the beach, allowing guests to rinse off sand and saltwater before returning to the apartment.Unfortunately, there were several issues that negatively affected our stay.During one night, it rained, and rainwater leaked into the bedroom, which was particularly concerning.The bathroom was extremely small, with the toilet and shower area separated from the vanity and mirror. The bathroom exhaust fan was not working, and the limited space made it very difficult to change clothes comfortably. Additionally, the shower had a suction-cup-mounted shelf intended for shampoo, conditioner, and other toiletries. Unfortunately, the shelf would slide down when we placed items on it, forcing us to keep our toiletries on the shower floor.Another unpleasant issue was the foul odor in the hallway leading to the apartment. The smell appeared to originate from a nearby garbage storage closet, where foul-smelling water was also leaking onto the hallway floor.Overall, while the beachfront location, swimming pool, and convenient outdoor showers were definite advantages, the water intrusion, bathroom limitations, maintenance issues, and unpleasant hallway odor detracted considerably from what otherwise could have been

Love staying here. Close to everything. If you rent a car it has parking but if you don’t need a car then you can just be a beach bum and not move from the area.
