Denne maleriske og smukke condo ligger i hjertet af Isla Verde. Kun 5 minutter fra lufthavnen, på den bedste strand i San Juan og uden tvivl en af de bedste strande i hele Puerto Rico.

Racquet Club Condominium er en sikker, ren bygning og har en spektakulær udsigt over havet.

Lejligheden ligger kun få skridt fra Isla Verde-striben, hvor du kan gå til alt fra Inter-Continental, Ruth's Chris til "soho chic" tagrestaurant og bar på Water and Beach Hotel. CVS er en blok væk, et par blokke til Walgreen's og et antal fastfood-restauranter, hvis du vælger.

Med hensyn til transport kan du leje en bil eller endda gå et par skridt til hjørnet og tage den lokale bus til Old San Juan og tage nogle museer eller besøge den verdensberømte El Morro. Der er så mange valg, men du bliver ikke skuffet.

'Puerto Rican Cheers', er det, jeg kalder den venlige bar og restaurant, bekvemt beliggende i bunden af bygningen, hvor du møder de lokale, til New Yorkere, til turister fra hele kloden og ved afslutningen af natten , alle kender sikkert dit navn! Det er bare meget sjovt og har fantastisk køkken !!!!

The condo was very centrally located in Isla Verde; extremely clean and modern amenities! Any questions to the host were quickly addressed! Would definitely stay again! Lots of nice touches including beach towels and beach chairs, a washer/dryer on the same floor!

Amazon condo close to the beach. Located walking distance to stores and restaurants. Condo was very clean and everything we needed for our stay was available in the condo. Property Manager Gustavo was always a text or call away if needed.

Great overall stay. Would have been nice if there were a few toiletries in the unit to be avaliable for guests to use. Location was fabulous and the beach was so well kept. Thanks to Jesus for letting us drop our luggage off early so we could explore whole our unit was being cleaned

We had a great time. Condo is super clean, had everything we needed for a short stay. Location is fantastic, right on the beach. Lots of dining options nearby. It would be nice to have a few basics- salt, coffee filters, few washer pods, but that wasn’t a problem for us. The owner and the manager are very responsive and get back to you in no time. We would love to come back one day.

5 nights of absolute perfection! From the owner to the property manager, our trip was flawless! The condo was newly redone and immaculate! 7 minutes from the airport and yet we never heard planes unless you were on the beach that was7 steps from the condo gate(we counted) walking steps to so many amazing restaurants. 15 minutes to Old San Juan. The ease of check in was fantastic and the host provided a binder with so many wonderful details about the area! If you are staying in Carolina you must stay here!!!

Beautiful,Convenient Location

This beachfront location has pool access, is close to grocery stores, convenience stores, so many restaurants, and is a short uber/taxi ride to Old San Juan as well as other great neighbourhoods. It’s a cute, clean place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Great Isla Verde stay – wonderful locationWe spent the month of February here and had a terrific stay. As first-time snowbirds, we felt we really lucked out and would happily return.The location is fantastic—right on Isla Verde Beach and within walking distance of major hotels like Fairmont El San Juan Hotel and Royal Sonesta San Juan, plus grocery and pharmacy options including Pueblo Supermarket and Farmacia Caridad. The neighborhood is lively but still feels residential because of all the nearby condos, and it’s a great base for exploring. We loved walking toward the trails at Balneario de Carolina and the kiosks in Piñones, or heading the other direction toward Ocean Park Beach. Old San Juan is an easy Uber ride.The condo itself is bright, renovated, and very comfortable with strong AC, blackout curtains, and thoughtful beach gear (chairs, towels, games). The property manager was friendly and responsive—we had a minor issue with dead batteries in the Wi-Fi lock and it was handled immediately.A couple things to note: the building is older and the common areas show their age, and there’s only one working elevator. The pool is small and tucked behind the building. Also, like many buildings in the area, security bars and older tile floors may look a bit worn at first if you’re not used to them.Once we settled in, none of that mattered—the apartment, beach access, and location made this a great home base for a long stay in San Juan, and we’d gladly come back.

I sincerely appreciate your comprehensive review. It matters. In regard to the common areas: you are right. I am on the board at the condo and we are currently in Phase 2 of our renovations. We just completed the painting of the entire exterior of the building which looks great. The next phase is the repaving of the parking lot. The last phase is the lobby and other common areas. PR is not NYC, where I am from, so we are absolutely working on it, albeit, slower that I would like, but we are getting it done. Thank you again for staying at my condo and I hope you will return soon!

Great spot with excellent view and nice neighborhood!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It has a great ocean view and is clean and well-furnished, and comfortable! The beach and neighborhood are walkable and pleasant. The owner and property manager were wonderful. A great home base to explore the island from! We would love to stay again someday!

Exciting get away

The place is located steps from the beach, awesome beach, environment was great, beach was super clean and the on beach restaurant was excellent with food and drinks. The airport is minutes away and plenty of local places to eat, drink, and enjoy the nights. In closing, the owner Jenifer is very caring and helpful in many ways
