Welcome to Sea-Renity - Detached beach house, ideal for couples or a family with young children (perfect for a family of 4 plus an infant) - part of The Bay Filey holiday village - with pool and beach access nearby!

Detached beach house, ideal for couples or a family with young children
Sea-Renity is located in the centre of the village, close to the beach, tennis court, playground and village centre. Enjoy a spacious south facing terrace with long dog leads for your favourite friends to relax in the sun!

Enter Sea-Renity through the step free door into the hallway with storage for shoes and coats. To your left are the master bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite shower room, and the second bedroom with two single beds.

There is also another shower room with jack-and-jill doors.

To the right is the open-plan kitchen / dining / lounge space with sumptuous leather sofas and SMART TV (with Netflix, amazon prime, Apple TV etc - bring your own logins). Exit through the large bifold doors to the deck with seating, ideal for alfresco dining or sitting out whilst the children play outside.

We leave a few games for our guests to use. The log burner makes this beach house warm and cosy for breaks all year round.

Nice place to stay

Everything was as expected, clean and airy. Almost everything you need. Beds comfortable and spacious shower room. Would have liked a couple of items there such as basic condiments, 1 j cloth or sponge to start. Also egg cups! Overall would recommend and return but need to replace key box as difficult and temperamental

Best Christmas break ever

A excellent cabin location and resort, having a log burner going on Christmas Day whilst listening to Christmas music drinking wine and cooking dinner, a lovely walk on the beach after and finishing off by calling at the pub, a excellent break, all made better with the brilliant cabin

Excellent property

Lovely location

A great stay

We stayed for two nights the ease of booking for it was fantastic. When we arrived the location is fantastic lovely and quiet, Sea-renity is a lovely little place there was one or two minor issues such as bulbs out and struggled to open the patio door (needed a good push) other than that what a brilliant break we had and will be rebooking in the future

Great place to stay

We had a lovely stay at Sea-Renity although to be fair the weather was kind too us. The accomodation was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The sight is in a perfect location and is very clean, we didn't use the facility's available on sight other than the pub which we found to be expensive for the quality of food we had. We would definitely book again.

Perfect Beach House

Sea-Renity is an immaculate beach house in a very peaceful location at The Bay Filey. It is in a perfect location for families with children due to the grassed area in front of the lodges where it is very safe for children to play. Sea-Renity was spotlessly clean and had everything included to make the stay perfect. There is also a good selection of board games etc included for the young guests too. I must also mention Anchor Bay Holidays for the smooth and very informative booking procedure and their follow up emails and texts along the way.

Sea-Renity

Booked at the last minute to enable us to take our grandchild away for the half term holiday. Superb, well appointed accommodation which had everything you could need even down to the games left in the cupboard which occupied him for hours. It was really home from home with the quality we are used to .. a lovely en suite bathroom and a log burning stove. Situated in a quiet location with plenty of accessible parking thank you we will come again.

Great family break

This is the second time I've stayed at the bay and it certainly won't be my last. I booked for 24 of us and dogs in 5 chalets close to John Paul and the beach. Everybody really enjoyed their stay and said they would be back. If there was room for another pub/restaurant on the Bay I think it would be a great hit as it would be nice to go to another venue/sport bar etc to save going into town and offer a little more choice. Not a complaint just a thought. Loved it !!

Basic but nice

A lovely beach house in a good position. Be careful of the walk-in shower in the main en-suite, even after a very quick shower it floods the bathroom - the water gets worryingly close to the bedroom carpet! We ended up not using it again for fear of flooding the bedroom and used the much smaller shower in the 2nd bedroom. The main king-size bed is very low down and also has a very soft mattress. All in all, not a bad space. Would be nice to get a welcome pack - even just the basics like washing-up liquid/dish cloth (website does state you may not get these in every cottage) but would be a nice touch. Also, if you plan to use the woodburner, take your own logs and matches - nothing supplied!

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review We are disappointed that this property after its multiple 5* reviews didnt meet your expectations and would like to address each concern. Firstly we do ask you to report any and all issues whilst there and not wait until you leave - we do say we have spares of everything ....... The bathroom - we would have had a plumber out within 15 minutes of you reporting this - we dont want you to feel you cant use this and would have solved this immediately with our on site team The bed - the mattress is personal choice of the owners The welcome pack - we do provide these and the cleaners missed on this occasion - we do state that if there isnt one to call them and they would have dropped one off (we know you shouldn't have to) but we do ask and we would have brought you one The log burner - we state clearly in ALL the correspondence we sent you have to provide this by law. Following the October 2023 fire reg changes for short term holiday lets we are simply not allowed to leave you anything for the log burner and we cannot provide this We would love to welcome you back and please do contact us when in the property if you have any more concerns.

Spring break

The lodge was clean and comfortable and we had a very pleasant stay, despite the weather!! It would have been a nice touch however to have had a welcome pack, especially with a later arrival. Also there were no cleaning sprays in the cupboards under the sink. We’ve always enjoyed our visits to the Bay having stayed in various accommodations.
