Amazing location with side seaviews 2-bedroom penthouse set on the 7th floor served with lift it features 2 bedrooms one main bedroom with triple beds with bathroom ensuite. It has a further 2nd bedroom with one double bed and another guest full family bathroom with shower cubicle. It has an open plan kitchen/living with a stunning spacious terrace enjoying side views of tower road and sea. This stunning 2-bedroom penthouse is located in the heart of Sliema, just a stone throw away from the amazing sea front and promenade. Sliema has been steadily rising into becoming Malta’s business and retail capital; with shops, shopping centres, restaurants and bars abounding. This location offers a bit of everything, and is ideal for anyone who wishes to be at the centre of all activity, while also being a stone’s throw away from other attractions. Seabay penthouse is set on around 150m² , very bright and spacious. The accommodation is located in a block of apartments served with lift. It is just a corner away from the seafront. The accommodation in fact enjoys side seaviews from its balconies. Upon entering, one can find the open-plan kitchen/living/dining area. The décor is minimalistic and modern, giving the whole area a fresh and upscale feel. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooking, and comes decked with cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, and utensils. The living and dining area are homogenous, and flooded with natural light both are outshined by the sparkling Mediterranean Sea which peeks through from the side seaview. The iconic part of this amazing accommodation is the terrace fully decked with jacuzzi, gas bbq, outdoor dining and sun beds, ideal for sunbathing during the day and fresco dinners in the eve. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, all of which are decorated in a contemporary style, complimenting the rest of the apartment. There is one double bedroom and one triple room with ensuite with shower cubicle. There bedrooms over look the terrace of the same penthouse. There is also an oversized family bathroom located on the same corridor with bath tub and shower overhead. There is also a washing machine available for use. The apartment comes fully equipped with wall hung a/cs in all bedrooms and in the living area. Wifi and Tv service are offered for free at the apartment. Access to all the area of the property. The whole property will be rented, the property is private and not shared with any other tenants. We will meet you on your arrival and we'll be happy to give you tips for making your holiday an unforgettable experience. We can also organise airport transfers. Situated on the acclaimed Sliema seafront, mere minutes away from the white rocky beach, this 2-bedroom contemporary penthouse is the perfect base for anyone who'd like to stay close to the beach, while also being a stone's throw away from St. Julian's. The town of Sliema offers plenty of entertainment options too; from a plethora of restaurants specialising in different cuisines, to a variety of fun bars where one can enjoy a drink or two. Sliema is truly the place to be when visiting Malta, for an all-round enjoyable stay. A Bus Stop is close by, only a few metres away from the apartment. No car is necessary, the apartment is walking distance to any amenity. For those of you opting to rent a car, parking is free for public use along the street and the nieghbouring ones but a car space is also available a few meters from the property. Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer. Please not that for the weekly price the property includes basic utilities as per below: - 100KWh- for 1 bedroom apartment - 150KWh- for 2 bedroom apartment - 200KWh- for 3 bedroom/ 4-bedroom apartment - 300KWh- for villas We give the above kWh free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient . However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceed, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges. Also please note that when the monthly rate is selected, the price is NOT inclusive of any utilities. Those would be paid for as much as one consumes. Water is charged at a flat rate of 1.10c per day while electricity it is charged at 35c per kWh paid as much as consumed. The payment has to be settled on check in. Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired. Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.
