The PERFECT stay! Location was super convenient. Walking distance to museums, shopping, and the train station. The accommodations were stunning. Imagine staying in a museum with frescos on the ceilings, a spacious kitchen, and comfortable antique furnishings! The hosts were warm, welcoming, and communicative.

Great location. A little noisy at night. A few amenities missing like tissue paper, no central tv, and bar soap. No major issues. Hostage very receptive. Everything was comfortable and clean. Super large bedrooms and well equipped kitchen. Stairs were large and easy to navigate but there was also an elevator available. All in all an enjoyable experience.

The villa was beyond amazing. We had good communications with our host Giovanni …he even offered to meet us at the train station. The location is central with historic sites very close and many restaurants within one block walk. The villa is completely remodeled. There is a full kitchen … We enjoyed fresh fruit, cheeses, salami and yoghurt for breakfast … from the local market nearby.The bedrooms were very comfortable… go to sleep looking at mayestic painted ceilings.It was a wonderful visit… Thank you Giovani.

Amazing stay

Home is absolutely stunning, unique and very well stocked. Perfect location to walk anywhere. Giovani was ab excellent host, meeting us at the train station and showing us some local favorites. Would definitely recommend!

This apartment is unbelievable. Immaculate and very spacious. Giovanni was super helpful and was able to give immediate responses when asked. We could not have been more pleased with the place.

We absolutely loved our time at the Amazing Noble Luxury House. The location alone puts this place in a league of its own—right in the heart of Florence, just steps from the Duomo and a short walk to Santa Maria Novella. It made exploring the city effortless.The apartment itself is gorgeous. High ceilings, beautiful historic details, and plenty of space made it feel both luxurious and comfortable. Everything was spotless on arrival, and the host were kind, responsive, and thoughtful. They made check-in easy and shared great recommendations that really elevated our trip.This was one of those rare places that feels even better in person than in the photos. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone wanting a memorable stay in Florence.

Incredible, Unique Palace-Like Experience

This was a truly unique stay, unlike any I’ve had before. Our host was kind enough to coordinate meeting us at the train station to walk us to the apartment which he explained was passed down to him from his parents. We were amazed by the original painted ceilings and beautiful collection of antiques. The space is giant, definitely great for hosting a gathering. We really enjoyed going to the nearby market and cooking a fresh meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Everything is walkable and the pizza place out front was so good I had it twice!

INCREDIBLE!!!!!!

From the moment we arrived to the train station Giovanni our host greeted us and walked us on the five minute walk to the apartment. We arrived to a historic apartment that was a feeling of going back in time. The apartment is a museum and Giovanni and his wife keep it impeccably clean and organized. Our host was also gracious enough to take us on a waking tour of the surrounding areas. The Bedroom’s were all very comfortable and there was ample space for a group of five adults. The location was perfect as it was waking distance to everything. Highly recommend staying at this apartment, for sure the best host we have ever had! Looking forward to our next stay. Gracias 🙏

Amazing property in Florence!

A few friends and I were fortunate enough to do a trip throughout Italy. We had an absolutely amazing time at this property. From every step of the process, Giovanni was incredibly helpful and thoughtful. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning. We were all breathless as we were walking through the enormous rooms and brilliant frescoes on the ceilings. Rooms were incredibly spacious and clean with nice thoughtful touches throughout the apartment. Giovanni was also very helpful in pointing out different local attractions, such as recommended restaurants and a local supermarket. The property is also very centrally located to many of the most popular attractions in Florence. If we return to Florence, we will definitely book this property again. Strongly, recommend!

Incredible. Like a private

There is no greater place to stay in city-center Florence. Giovanni and his family have done a phenomenal job bringing this amazing apartment to life. This is no average apartment, the decor, art, literature, and chandeliers make it feel like you should be paying a fee for just a tour. Our stay consisted of 2 couples, we all had the same reaction about the apartment: 'Just wow.' We cooked 1 meal in the very modern kitchen, it was appropriately stocked. Several days after departing Florence, we returned for an overnight layover and with this apartment unavailable, Giovanni was nice enough to reserve 2 rooms at a phenomenal hotel. I give my absolute highest recommendation for this amazing host and wonderful apartment.

Bellissimo!

Our Family, had an amazing family trip to Florence staying at this beautiful apartment in the heart of Rome that was beyond the pictures or our expectations. Giovanni was organized, responsive and attentive in following up with on all details throughout the trip from start to finish. The apartment was rich in history and beauty with magnificent ceiling frescoes to easily imagine living in another period in Florentine history. Located close to all the sites and a convenient short walking distance from the train station that provided easy access when we traveled to Rome, Pisa, or Venice. It was very spacious and clean for our adult family of five. The rooms were all comfortable, the bed linens and towels a fine quality. The kitchen and laundry room were modern and efficient. We highly recommend this very special apartment that provided us with a most memorable and bellissimo trip to Florence.

We had the most extraordinary experience staying in this historic living museum! From the moment we stepped through the door, we were transported back in time by the charming atmosphere and rich, elegant decor. The attention to detail in preserving the historical integrity of the house was truly awe-inspiring. Every corner was filled with a sense of the past, and we felt like we were living in a different era. The hosts, Giovanni and his wife Valerie, were incredibly gracious and welcoming, making sure every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They shared fascinating stories about the home's history, adding depth and character to our visit. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the antique furnishings added an air of authenticity to the experience. We are truly thankful for the opportunity to have stayed in this historic gem. It was not just a place to rest our heads, but a journey through time that left us with unforgettable memories. We highly recommend Giovanni and Valerie’s home to anyone who appreciates history, elegance, and the warmth of genuine hospitality. Stellar Authentic Old World Urban Villa in Firenze

Giovanni and Valeria are the consummate gracious Italian hosts. The well located apartment has been in Giovanni’s family for generations. The care they’ve taken to ensure guests feel at home is immediately apparent. Lovingly furnished with family antiques and heirlooms, this rental has all the luxuries you’d expect from an exclusive hotel. Of special note are the delightful XVIII century frescoes gracing the high volume coved ceilings. We felt like royalty! We look forward to returning the next time we find ourselves in Florence. Thank you for everything G & V!
