On your arrival I will welcome you by taking you to a bright, well-furnished and perfectly clean flat.
The flat Pelèr13 is located on the first floor of a building and covers an area of about 55 square metres. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and in the living room the sofa bed offers a comfortable fourth bed, a bathroom with tub/shower, a large kitchen and living room.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a oven, a microwave oven, espresso machine, toaster, kettle and all necessary crockery.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided for free; washing machine and dryer rack are available and stored in the small storage outside on the balcony.
Dishwasher and iron are not available.
This flat also has a large balcony with table, chairs and sun umbrella for enjoying meals outside or well-deserved relaxation.
The flat has a reserved covered outdoor parking lot right in front of the building's entrance and the building is equipped with a lift.
Flat Pelèr13 offers TV and free high-speed Wi-Fi to its guests.
On the -1 floor of the building is the private garage/storage room where you can store locked & safe your bicycles or sports equipment and your e-bikes can be easily recharged.
In the case of late check-in, guests will be given a temporary code for access to the facility via an external keypad, and a second temporary code for the security box containing the flat keys.
