The apartment`s interior consists of a living room with dining room and open kitchen, 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom, plus 1 full shower room and a bathroom in the single bedroom.

The residence with vacation homes and apartments is located in Porto Cesareo, along Via dei Bacini. This road connects the beautiful town of Porto Cesareo with its hamlet Torre Lapillo, also famous for its beaches and crystal clear sea.
The most renowned beaches and lidos are 350 meters away, while the center of Porto Cesareo with all services is only 1.5 km away.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
