Tuttomondo Central Apartment with Private Courtyard

A cozy apartment of about 40 square meters, sleeping up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a 1970s building (one step to enter). The apartment is located in the center of Pisa (ZTL), just 300 meters from Keith Haring’s famous “Tuttomondo” mural, Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, and Corso Italia. The central train station is a 7-minute walk away.
The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a small private courtyard.

The interior layout is as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (4-burner gas stove, refrigerator, moka pot, built-in microwave, toaster, various kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), folding dining table, double sofa bed, armchair, and 30-inch TV;
- BEDROOM with a double bed and closet;
- BATHROOM with shower (one step to enter), sink, bidet, and toilet;
- PRIVATE SMALL COURTYARD with a small table and chairs.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, air conditioning (2 split units), washing machine, fan, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.
A baby crib is available upon request, subject to availability.

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax (€2.50 per person per night).
We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the “Alloggiati Web” police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).
Estat: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system is operational and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Pisa Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.

Check-in will be via online self-check-in; completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on how to retrieve the keys and gain access to the apartment.
Keys can be picked up free of charge from the keybox located at Bar La Cicala, Via Crispi 60 (160 meters).
In case of problems, telephone assistance is available until 12:00 a.m.

Alternatively, from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, you can pick up your keys free of charge at our office at Via Sant’Agostino 4 (Pisa).

If you would prefer to have a member of our staff deliver the keys to your apartment, this is possible upon request for an additional fee as follows:
- From 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM: 15.00 euros;
- From 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM: 25.00 euros;
- From 11:00 PM to midnight: 30.00 euros;
- From midnight to 1:30 AM: 40.00 euros.

The apartment is located in a central area of Pisa. Just a short walk from the apartment is Keith Haring’s famous “Tuttomondo” mural, created in 1989 on the exterior wall of the rectory of the Church of Sant’Antonio Abate. The city center is within walking distance or accessible by public transportation (bus stops are just a few minutes’ walk from the property). Pisa Centrale Station, the hub for all major public transportation lines connecting to the city’s main attractions, is just a 7-minute walk away.
