Splendid building that opens to a hallway with the charm of a classic Cadiz courtyard. Adorned with elegant palm trees and bathed in natural light, which filters through the beautiful glass dome of the upper terrace, this courtyard envelops you in a tranquil and welcoming atmosphere.
At the far end on the left, you will find the elevator that will take you to the floor where our apartment is located, as well as access to the communal upper terrace and the laundry room.
When you exit the elevator and turn left on the second floor, you will find the apartment. Upon entering, you will discover a gallery overlooking an interior patio that provides natural light to the master bedroom and ventilation to the bathroom.
To the right, you will find the master bedroom equipped with a 1.80 x 2m bed, a built-in wardrobe, and a comfortable armchair. To the left, you will find the complete bathroom equipped with a shower, a glass enclosure, and exterior ventilation to the interior patio.
If you continue further into the apartment, you will come across a modern open kitchen that connects to the living room, equipped with everything you need for both short and long stays.
The living room, with a window facing the central courtyard, features a dining table for four, a seating area with a 1.50 x 2m sofa bed, a coffee table, a comfortable armchair, and a Smart TV.
As you ascend in the elevator to the fourth floor, you will find our communal terrace with stunning views of the majestic Cadiz Cathedral. This terrace is furnished with a seating area consisting of four chairs and a table, five sun loungers, and a shower area, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Cadiz sun. Additionally, we provide a complimentary laundry room for our guests, adding a practical touch to this luxurious accommodation experience.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**.
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
