No. 30 is a cottage built in early 1800 tucked away on a private lane in the famous harbour of Charlestown. It is a peaceful place of tranquility yet centrally located to easily reach the beach and restaurants.
The cottage has been sensitively restored with a calm interior and painted wood floors. Three bedrooms comfortably accommodate six people.
You will be hosted by sisters Laura and Madeline, the cottage owners. Gemma, Property Manager, is available at all times to assist with your stay.
The space
Entering the cottage is the lounge leading to the fully equipped kitchen/dining room with an extendable dining table. From the kitchen a small utility area is accessible containing a washing machine and tumble dryer. This leads to a shower room with basin and wc.
From the lounge, stairs lead to three bedrooms, one with a king size bed, one with a double bed and another with bunk beds.
The front garden is laid to lawn with a patio in front of the house. In the back garden a shrub lined path leads to a private gate giving access to ‘rope walk’, offering a short cut to the center of Charlestown and beaches. The cottage is equipped with wooden patio furniture and a bbq.
Guest access
Guests have private access to all areas of the house and gardens.
