Gorgeous Penthouse Flat in the Heart of London

Summary:
This exquisite and stylish flat will have you feeling like modern royalty, with its ultra-contemporary living room and kitchen, huge TV, swanky penthouse address, and views of London from the private balcony. Just 5 minutes from Old Street, you will be in the heart of Shoreditch yet raised above the hectic nature of the area in your own private oasis. My flat would be perfect for three couples or a small group of friends who want to relax in true style in an incredible East London location!

The Space:
LIVING/DINING AREA:
The huge open plan living room and kitchen has a countertop with seating for 6, modern appliances throughout, and a large sofa and TV that has all SkyTV channels and Apple TV. This area is incredibly light due to the huge floor to ceiling windows that open out onto your own private balcony with views of London. Watching both sunsets and sunrises from this room are fantastic due to the positioning of the building.

BEDROOMS:
All bedrooms have large, comfortable beds and stylish lighting throughout, with lighting under the bed and in the alcoves next to the bed. 2 of the bedrooms have king size beds and the 3rd bedroom has a comfy double bed. Each bedroom will have wardrobe space and hotel quality linens will be provided.

BATHROOMS
There is one bathroom with a large tub and showerhead over it, and the other bathroom is ensuite to one of the bedrooms and has a large walk-in shower with both a normal showerhead and a rainfall showerhead from the ceiling. Fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided.

The neighbourhood is ideally situated to have access to some of the best bars in Shoreditch and also be quite convenient to the Angel neighbourhood. A particular restaurant favourite of mine is Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen, which is an easy walk from the flat.

Guest Access:
This property offers self-check-in for your convenience. The keys can be collected from a KeyNest location nearby.

The Neighborhood:
Within a 15 minute walk, you can be at some of the best bars and restaurants in London, including Nightjar (just down the street and named some of the best cocktails in the world), Happiness Forgets, Portside Parlour, Joyeux Bordel (great late at night particularly), and the Clove Club. A short 10-15 minute walk north gets you to the lesser known but very charming canals, where you can take a walk and observe the houseboats or have a drink in little pubs like the Commissary. If art is more your thing, check out the modern Red Gallery which has frequently rotating exhibits by young contemporary artists.

Shoreditch has become popular for a reason – the nightlife here is amazing, there is art and style everywhere, and it’s a completely different crowd from the “typical” West London tourists might know. Of course you are easily accessible to the rest of the city, but once you’ve settled in here you may find it hard to leave the neighbourhood!

Getting Around:
The flat is very conveniently located just a 6-7 minute walk away from the Old Street station (Northern line). From here you can easily connect to Kings Cross and other stations north, or down to the business district of Bank. You can also easily take a 20 minute walk or 10 minute bus ride to Liverpool Station, which connects to Stansted Airport and has easy access to many other parts of the city through the Central, Circle, Hammersmith and City, and Metropolitan lines.
