Charming apartment on the second floor of a building.



The house consists of an entrance hall with closet; a living room with dining table, sofa, and television; a separate kitchen equipped with microwave and dishwasher; a utility room with washing machine; two bathrooms with shower and one of which with bidet; and finally two bedrooms with queen-size beds.



*The property is currently undergoing maintenance work. Therefore, there will be scaffolding and for this reason there could be some noise during the day.



*Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.



Known throughout the world as the city built on water, given its construction on 100 islands in the lagoon, Venice is one of Italy's most popular locations worldwide.

It is a real open-air museum, thanks to its historical and artistic heritage made of churches, palaces, and museums.

Strolling through Venice is like diving in the past: the so-called calli (streets) are dotted and framed by aristocratic buildings such as the Doge's Palace, the historic home of the Doges, spectacular bridges including the famous Rio Alto Bridge, and canals navigable by gondolas, waterbuses, and boats of all kinds.

The heart of the city is the enchanting St. Mark's Square, which houses the Basilica of the same name and welcomes thousands of tourists from all over the world every day.

The most famous local event is definitely the Carnival, thanks to its centuries-old tradition of masks and costumes that enliven the streets every year.

Last but not least, the famous "Bàcaro Tour" is a must: a tour among taverns where to taste local wine along with cicheti, typical Venetian tasty bites.



The lodging is a half-hour walk from Santa Lucia train station and less than 50 minutes by transport from Venice Marco Polo airport.

Lovely apartment near many attractions. Wonderful views from our rooms. Great choices for local food and drinks all within walking distance. We most definitely would choose this location for our return trip.Weather during our trip was quite warm. The bedrooms could have used a fans for a more comfortable sleep.Overall we were extremely happy with our choice of your home. THANK YOU!!

Great location on the water with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Good amount of space for a family. No sheets for pull out sofa bed, no coffee (there is a sticker for it in the kitchen) and very loud in the morning (next to the trash collection pick up).

We couldn’t have been happier with this location! The apartment was well appointed and very comfortable for a visit between two couples. The management was super responsive. My only suggestion—and I know it’s not a thing there in Italy—is to add screens to the windows. I loved the fresh air the first night but was eaten alive by mosquitoes. Running AC was necessary, unfortunately, for that reason.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment in Venice. The location was fantastic, and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. One of our favorite things was being able to look out the windows and see the water—it was such a beautiful and memorable part of our stay.The only downside was the air conditioning. Unfortunately, it didn’t work very well, even after someone came to take a look at it. There were only two A/C units in the apartment, and neither was located in the bedrooms. We had to keep the bedroom doors open to get any airflow, which made sleeping during the warm summer nights difficult.Overall, we really enjoyed the apartment and its amazing location, but the A/C situation could definitely be improved, especially during the summer months.

Wonderful stay on small canel

Wonderful overall but be aware the canel starts at 6 am with deliverys. It does adds to the ambience and was interesting to watch the workers navigate.

The apartment was actually more than I expected. We were very pleased with it's location, at the corner of two canals. Getting to shops and restaurants was a breeze, although getting a little lost was easy as well, lol. We would definently come back to this unit again.

Couldn’t have been more pleased with this apartment

The apartment was just as listed which was perfect. Spacious and in a great location. Easy walk from Rialto Bridge. Self-check in was super easy. It t was very hot and humid so we definitely needed the washing machine to do some laundry. There’s no dryer but we hung the clothes in the apartment and they easily dried overnight. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Venice Trip

The overall visit was amazing as was the location. Honestly, I was disappointed that the air conditioning did not hardly work at all. The fans blew but the apartment never really cooled down. This makes for a restless night. The temperature inside the apartment never got below 26/27C.We didn’t let this ruin our trip. Communications were great.

Great location in Venice

The location of this apartment could not have been better, we could easily walk to our destinations and restaurants. Right on the canal was interesting, not always quiet but noise levels are fine if you can keep the windows closed. Beds and sofa were not very comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen were fine. Encountered an issue with the air conditioning that took more than a day to resolve. Host was not very responsive, had to go through VRBO to get a resolution.

Great Location, Lively Neighborhood

Overall we were happy with our stay. The location was perfect, nice size, unit was clean, good communinication. However, there is a lot of noise from the canal late into the night and sometimes early morning. The windows suprisingly muffle a lot of the noise when shut. If you enjoy the sounds of a city this is for you, but complete peace and quite you will not have. The bedrooms could use fans for some circulation when windows are closed. The beds were not comfortable and the pillows were terrible. Could also use a hand towel in the kitchen, since there were no paper towels.

The location was great but when we checked in we found hair in the sink and the shower of one of the bathrooms. We also found that the washer door was broken and hidden in a cabinet above the washer. I brought it to there attention and they asked for a picture to see what I was talking about. They then told me that they ordered a new door and someone would be out to fix it by Monday. When I reached out Monday they told me that the door would take a few more days to get to them so we wouldn't get the washer for our stay. What frustrated me about this is when I brought it to there attention they acted like they didn't know and asked for a picture, then when I pushed but on the fact they couldn't get us a washer in time they acted like they knew the whole time. We booked this apartment because of the washer option. We are traveling a lot through Italy and we wanted washers in all our stays so that we could pack less. In the future it would be better if they were just up front about it. We could have adjusted better that way.

Everything about the stay was wonderful. The only wrinkle may be the directions first time finding the apartment. If I may suggest maybe dropping a pin to the restaurant located below and the photo guidance from there.
