Villa Monika, entirely at the private disposal of guests, is located in a characteristic village just 3 km from the coast and Santa Cesarea Terme. In classic Salento style, the house develops almost entirely on a single floor with entrance through a magnificent garden equipped with dining table and chairs, outdoor living area, veranda and swimming pool with no introspection from the outside thanks to the lush plants and the wall surrounding the property. 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms. A/C, Wifi!
Space
THE VILLA:
Private entrance from the small central street of the village. Safe and with little traffic, with the possibility of parking for free and without difficulty in the immediate vicinity.
From the private garden you can access the entrance hall, via 6 wide and easy to climb steps, and from here to the balcony and the entrance to the house.
The villa consists of a main structure entirely on one floor (just a few steps to access the living room to the fireplace room), and a partly "independent" structure but accessible from the same entrance hall and part of the same property.
In the main structure of the villa we find:
- 3 bedrooms with very high ceilings. All with private bathroom, air conditioning and mosquito nets.
- Equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, moka, crockery, tablecloths, cutlery, dishwasher, oven, toaster...)
- Dining room
- Living room and fireplace room with TV
- A service bathroom equipped with 3 sinks, toilet, bidet and shower.
The other part of the building, accessible from the same entrance hall, is spread over two floors, on each of which we find a bedroom with bathroom, therefore:
- 2 bedrooms, also in this case the rooms are equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets and private bathroom inside.
5 of the 6 rooms overlook the silent and fascinating balcony of the villa, and therefore the garden. The other room, very large, overlooks an internal entrance hall.
In total the villa has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. air conditioning in the rooms, Wifi, private pool.
All bathrooms have a shower, except one which has a bathtub.
Vaulted ceilings and valuable furnishings.
Air conditioning is located in the bedrooms. In the other rooms of the villa it is not necessary thanks to the thick walls of the house and the arrangement of such spaces in the building. An electric fan will be provided if necessary.
Washing machine service available on request
The private garden guarantees guests maximum levels of privacy thanks to the lush vegetation and the review wall. In addition to the swimming pool, here you will find table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners and a relaxation area with outdoor sofas. Outdoor shower for the pool.

Access for guests
The villa is for exclusive use and guests will have access to all areas.
