Casa Paraiso is located in the luxury resort of Presa de Moura with amazing Mediterranean green gardens and breathtaking views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.



 


The property is fully air-conditioned, and furnished to a high standard with bright interiors and modern amenities. The entrance door leads to an open-plan living and dining area with TV and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is conveniently located adjacent to the lounge, it’s fully fitted with integrated appliances.


 


The property sleeps 5. On the lower floor are 2 bedrooms,1 double en-suite bedroom and 1 twin en-suite bedroom. Both bedrooms lead to a private terrace perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. There is a sofa bed available upon request.


Rental guests may use all the facilities of the resort which include a large outdoor swimming pool, gym, playground with table tennis table and restaurant.

Tourist Tax came into force on 13 April 2024, in accordance with Regulation no. 425/2024, published in Diário da República no. 72 of 12/04/2024. The tourist tax charge is €2 per night during the high season (April to October) and €1 during the rest of the year (November to March) per person, up to a maximum of seven straight nights for all tourists aged 13 or older. The tax is to be paid either prior or upon arrival.
