Denne enhed er en fabelagtig tredje sal, ved stranden, 3 soveværelser / 2 bad 1800 kvadratmeter Condo alt på et niveau med enestående udsigt. Lofterne er hvælvede, hvilket giver det en meget større fornemmelse. Det store soveværelse har en kingsize-seng, det andet har konge, og det tredje soveværelse har en queensize-seng. Stuen har en futon og en sovesofa.

Sunset Beach Resort er et bygningskompleks med 13 enheder 3 og 200 fod ved stranden - du hørte mig - 200 fod strand ved kun 13 enheder. Du vil ikke føle dig overfyldt her.

Sunset Beach ligger 2. 5 miles syd for San Pedro Town i et roligt beboelsessamfund. Byen er en nem gåtur på en cykel eller en hurtig golfvogntur. Vi har endda gået til byen på stranden adskillige gange. At vende tilbage til fredens og roen i syd vil ikke skuffe dig.

We booked this a little over a week prior to our arrival for a friend’s birthday and we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this property. The location was excellent! It was convenient and perfectly situated for exploring the island. The space itself was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described.The service truly stood out. The travel agent was incredibly helpful in securing our flights to the island, and our golf cart rental (which you absolutely need here). Jason, the onsite property manager, went above and beyond. He helped grab groceries prior to our arrival, arrange activities, and shared great local recommendations that made our trip seamless and stress-free and even let us borrow his personal go-pro for one of our excursions. Overall, an easy, well-supported stay in a great location. We would happily return.

Best Trip Ever!

Christine from Belize Travel was the perfect host! She handled everything from airport pick up, golf cart rental and delivered! Excursion scheduled with Ali Mermaid tours and then at Sunset Beach Jason and James took great care of us! It was such a low stress vacation having all the details taken care of! Highly Recommend!

Sunset Beach

This is a great place to stay on the caye. Just far enough out of town for peace and quiet, but close enough to be convenient. Very quiet and relaxing and nice overall facilities. Good air-conditioning, but could use some work on the screens so windows can be opened and A/C turned off (for those of us who prefer no A/C). The property has one of the nicest beach on the caye. We will stay here again.

Great location and friendly folks

The concierge, Jason, was a great asset to the complex. He was always available on site as needed and was helpful with tips about the local area. This is a quality 3 star hotel experience in the condo itself, but the service on site was 5 star. The condo was clean. We liked the location of the property. It was close to some great local hangouts and it’s a quieter part of the island. The condo could use a bit of updating with the pillows and beach towels, and the kitchen is not as well appointed as other properties we have stayed at but overall it was functional.

Amazing Place to Unplug for a While

The location is a little south of the main town which makes it nice and quiet. Never more than a couple people in the pool, no booming music, just nice and peaceful. You can walk to two great restaurants Southern Charm and Someplace South or you can stroll down the beach and there's another hotel that has a great restaurant and bar with the nicest staff you will find. They even said we could swim in their pool if we wanted to!!! Everyone in Belize was so nice. We were walking to Someplace South and the police officer asked us if we wanted a ride. Just an amazing place and we will definitely be going back!!!!

Spring Break 2023

My husband and I visited San Pedro in 2021 and fell in love. We returned this year with our two teenage boys. The condo was pretty much perfect for us. Everyone had their own space and we had everything we needed at hand. We prefer the slower pace of the south side. Jason was available anytime we needed him and he has the cutest little “boss!” The beach was really well maintained. Sargassum was in full force while we were there and to be honest you just get use to the smell. If you you are looking for a quieter space to relax, this place checks all the boxes!

Summer Vacation

Charlene was very sweet, helpful, and available. She was willing to try to help with anything she could. The room was a good size and had a good view. Unfortunately, the stay was not very pleasant. There was not a water jug in the room, which we have always had and expected. If you like a warm room, then you will be fine. The air could not be put below 73 degrees, and the doors had hot air flowing in, especially the veranda doors. The curtains were moving because of how much the warm air was flowing in. The doors need to be replaced. The response to the room being warm was either, "It feels fine in here.", or "Sorry, the air cannot go below 73." The maintenance man said the doors just needed to be replaced, and nothing could be done. If I'm on vacation in the heat, I want a cold room to stay in and sleep in. The pillows need to be replaced as well. They were old and some were stained. The sheets on one of the beds were stained, and there were ants in the bathroom. I also don't understand being charged a fee for each additional person in the room when it was a 3-bedroom condo. If that is a normal thing, it is asinine. I'm honestly not a Karen, and I have never complained about a room before. It was just a very disappointing end to our vacation after spending a lot of money. We just wanted to be comfortable.

Hi Joy, I do appreciate your feedback. I was definitely unaware of the veranda door issue, and as I stated to you during our communication I was addressing it with the owners - along with the old pillows you described. I realize the response you received from the property manager/maintenance person was not what you were looking to hear. I do know that in tropical climates if the air conditioning units are set too low they will freeze up. There was an opened window in your unit that the manager saw that I did message you about. I do know that would definitely bring in hot air into the condo. I was not aware of the sheet being stained or the ants in the bathroom. You never mentioned that to me. Also, when booking it is very clear that there is a base rate for 1- 2 guests, and an extra person charge for any extra guests. While I realize these can seem a bit crazy it actually works out well in most instances. I am sorry you missed the extra person charge when booking. Rates are set by the management company and all booking agents must adhere to these rates. I have always had very happy guests in this unit. I am sorry it was not a good fit for you. Christine

Best View and Location

View is amazing. Size of the unit is perfect and very accomodating. Christine was extremely helpful and easy to get in touch with during the booking process and Alvin the on-site manager was always available if we needed him. There is a mini-mart that is within walking distance that has most of your needs, a couple of nearby restaurants and it is peaceful and quiet. It is away from all the noise and traffic of San Pedro but a really quick ride to get there.

Loved Sunset Beach!

My family really liked staying at Sunset Beach. Best beach around, very nice condo, beautiful view, loved the pool. Juan was very helpful arranging a snorkeling adventure and getting us golf carts. We would love to come back!!! Arrangements were so easy. Christine made our Maya Air reservations for us. She provided a list of restaurants and stores for us. It was all so seemless. Highly recommend!

Quit & relaxing

Very quit & felt safe for my family. I have a 9 year old daughter & she loved the pool and beach. If your on the 3rd floor there is a lot of steps for someone that has a hard time climbing but other then this everything else was great!

This property was everything promised and more!

This unit is just steps from the beach, pool and ocean. The rooms were large and easily accommodated 5 adults. It was clean, bright and well furnished. 4 of us are scuba divers, so being close to the dock was just perfect. Our dive company, Belize Pro Divers, picked us up every morning, which made it easy to get a couple dives in everyday, and still have time to enjoy the outside patio and the pool. The group of us all enjoy cooking in so we only dined out on one evening. The kitchen was perfect for 2 or 3 people working on a meal. The fridge is large, as is the pantry for our groceries. Christine was extremely helpful in giving us tips for grocery shopping. We did not rent a golf cart, although the unit is 2.5 miles for the center of town. Instead, Christine referred us to Able, who was a perfect taxi driver. We only needed to go into town on 3 or 4 occasions so the $20.00 round trip cost was much cheaper than golf cart rental. There is a small grocery store a short block from the unit, so picking up last minute items (such as when we ran out of snacks!) was supper convenient. Christine also set us up with a private tour company which did a fabulous job on a mainland tour to the Belize Zoo and one of the ruins. Christine had all the arrangements made in advance and everything went off without a hiccup. That has never happened to my husband and I, and we do a significant amount of traveling. We've never had an trip that went so perfectly from start to finish, there is usually something unexpected. But not this time, and we owe that all to Christine. If we had any complaint it would be that sometimes the Wi-Fi was slow in the evenings, but that is certainly to be expected when all the units occupants want to share their beach days with friends and family back home. Thank you Christine for sharing your wonderful unit with us, and for doing all the heavy lifting with all other details. Rent this place and you wont be disappointed.

My name is Christine Cotten, owner of Belize Travel Adventures. I began my travels to Belize in early 2004. Immediately falling in love with the country I continued visiting, making at least four trips a year. Ultimately, the frequent visits led me to moving and living full time in Belize twice - once owning and operating a business catering to both locals and tourists, and the second time my husband and I just needed to get back and enjoy the so many things we were missing about the country. I currently split my time between Austin, Texas and Belize. I continue to explore all options for your adventure, and trust me; the adventure never stops in Belize.

I have had the opportunity to travel extensively throughout the entire country of Belize, and I can tell you that Sunset Beach is one of my favorite properties in San Pedro. The owners do a great job of keeping up the property and paying a lot of attention to detail. Sunset Beach is the perfect location being 2.5 miles south of San Pedro Town. The south end of Ambergris Caye is so peaceful, and Sunset Beach is just minutes away from town while traveling down a mostly paved road. About 1/4 mile before you reach Sunset Beach the road becomes nice and sandy that is well maintained.

This unique property sits on 200 feet of beachfront for only 13 units, which never gives you the feeling of being over crowded.

I can also assist you with all your needs while in Belize (booking your local flights, a golf cart rental, or any excursions you may be interested in). I will pass on my many suggestions and tips for the area.

Sunset Beach is your home away from home.
