Don't think about it, just do it!

The property and host were both great, communication was spot on and the location is so nice. Just about a 5 min walk to the "West End" but the house is in such a nice, secluded area and so private being right on the water and the pool was used a lot! If you like to dive, Seagrape Diving was great and just a quick few minute walk away.

Paradise

We stayed at the North House while in Roatan, which was perfect for our two families. The pool was wonderful for an evening dip while watching the sunset and the house is an easy walk to lots of restaurants, dive shops and water taxis. Matt was super responsive and had many great recommendations. Looking forward to visiting again!

Great location

This house is an excellent spot, walking distance to West End restaurants and shops, but still tucked away. With a beautiful view every morning and a cool pool to dip in and cool off. Plenty of space for all of our guests. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly, we had some of the best snorkeling I have had right off the shore behind the house. Beautiful big spaces, very comfortable.

Great location! Great house! Amazing staff!

This is our 2nd time staying at Vivaro! Our group loved it. House is a 10 minute walk to the main town strip with all the dive shops and places to eat/drink. Highly recommended! We'll be back!

Stayed with my wife and 3 young adult children. Great location. Great Infiniti pool. Great house. Worked perfectly for us.

Fantastic House; Great Location

Paradise!!!

So beautiful. Great location 5 minute walk to West End. We have been here several times, the owner and staff are amazing. Gorgeous sun sets every night, while looking at the sea. Beautiful

Best spot in West End

Vivaro has to be the best location in all West End. The house is beautiful and spacious and only a five minute walk to beautiful West End and all the great restaurants and bars. The private pool overlooking the ocean and every night the most beautiful sun sets. The owners and their staff are amazing. We love this place and will be coming back.

Incredible in EVERY way!!

We loved our stay at Vivaro! All the amenities are modern and updated. The property is so spacious and has everything our family needed to truly enjoy our time there! Mark was always willing to help and went above and beyond to be available to us. Five Star FOR SURE! We would definitely stay there again!

Phenomenal

We loved the house, the location, the pool- everything was just right. What really stood out was Matt and his crew, who kept everything just right, were quickly responsive to any questions that I had, and even made a special trip to return my passport which I left in the safe! Thanks and we'll hopefully be back!

Wonderful location

Beautiful location right on the water. We were able to walk into town to the dive shops, restaurants, local grocery stores. The house is just as amazing in person as it looks in the photos. Beautiful breezes kept the house cool and there is air conditioning in the bedrooms if you want it at night. The house is appointed with everything you could need to cook. The staff is friendly and quickly respond to any requests. Highly recommend this property.

Amazing house/location

We stayed in this property for 5 nights. The check-in/out process was seamless. The property was amazingly clean. the location is an easy walk to West End restaurants & shops. We cooked many meals in the house and it had all the kitchen appliances needed. They could use an upgraded coffee pot - that would be my only suggestion. While it is not a beach out front, we were able to get in the water to snorkel and it was the best snorkeling we did on the island. We will definitely be back and would rent this exact property again!.

Week in Paradise

The house and the entire term were exceptional. Their system is very detailed and dialed in which made everything run smoothly. Matt was there to check us in and give us instructions on the home. We were able to get quick responses and/or assistance anytime we reach out. And lastly, the house and the view are AMAZING. Sitting in the pool at sunset was the highlight of each day. Would definitely return!

The owner of South and North house are so accommodating along with Matt..

Well, this review is really easy to write. We had just spent a week in South House which was great! Then the bad news came down that we could not get out of Roatan because our flight was cancelled due to the big ice and snow storms. we made the best of it and Matt (property manager) ownership allowed us to RENT the North House for four nights. They hurried and cleaned the North House and we traveled 20 yards to our home for the next four days. Can't say enough praises about Matt and ownership. The North house is just as great as the South House. It mirrors the South House except for bed configuration in one bedroom. Great WiFi with the new Star Link and expanded TV stations in North House and even has a Sonos external TV speaker. Beds were comfortable and property was kept up in the same great manner as South House

4th stay at Vivaro and still AMAZING!

This was our 4th time staying at Vivaro. The entire trip was fantastic as usual. The house was immaculate and well stocked. We had everything we needed while we were there and the staff is extremely helpful and professional. Matt, the house manager will set up any excursion/dinner you would like and has lots of suggestions for things to do on the island. He responds immediately to any messages and if he can't answer your question right away, he will figure it out and get back to you ASAP. Roatan continues to be one of our favorite places to visit and we wouldn't stay anywhere else. We will definitely be back for a 5th trip.

Great Location and House

We (3 couples) stayed at the north end house for 4 nights. We really enjoyed the house and its proximity to everything. The host, Matt, was very responsive and helpful. It was a fun and easy stay. I would recommend asking about additional charges before you confirm the reservation. We were surprised by a $1000 increase in cost when we informed them we had 6 people instead of 4. It was stated on their website but is not typical for vacation home rentals so something I would check out before booking. We would stay here again.

We are very happy you enjoyed the house. Our villas can vary greatly in the number of guests, sometimes hosting only one couple and other times 20 or more guests. We want our homes to be available to every group size and to charge one couple the same as a large group would not seem fair. So based on the villa, we include from 2 to 6 in the base rate, and then charge beyond that. In effect, smaller groups are given a discount off of what the normal rate would be. If you have a larger group, the rates you see for extra guests aligns with our normal rate for the full luxury house and the cleaning and upkeep that go into maintaining and turning over large luxury homes directly on the ocean.

Great house in an excellent location

We had a group of eight at the Vivaro north house in late June. The house was great and easily accommodated our large group. Everyone greatly enjoyed the large infinity pool as well as the large open outdoor area. The kitchen was very well equipped both in terms of appliances and cookware. We walked into town more than once every day and it was an easy trek to many restaurants, our dive shop, groceries and interesting shops. Because some of our party had been at the house before we didn’t need much help from Matt but it’s clear that he was readily available to help solve any issues or give us guidance on where to go. Overall it was an excellent location and place to spend our week in Roatan.

Perfect home away from home

Vivaro West End North House was the perfect location to call home. The location is an easy walk to west end where there are great restaurants, dive shops, sandy beach and lots of activities! Vivaro is on a peaceful street with beautiful ocean views. The home itself is beautiful and very comfortable! We loved the layout, high ceilings, beautiful wood floors, large accordion windows and well appointed kitchen. We were able to regulate the temperature of the rooms quickly if we needed the ac, ceiling fans or fresh ocean air. The bedrooms were very comfortable. Matt, had wonderful suggestions on activities and restaurants and was an incredible host! Vivaro and all the staff who maintain the property are exceptional and were there to make sure we were well taken care of and comfortable from the time we got off the plane until we left a week later. It is also a very safe location to be. Highly suggest staying here, we'll be back!

Luxury family Trip

The Vivaro West End home has everything you need for a wonderful vacation away. The house is fully equipped with anything you might need for your stay. We loved the open living room that fed into the outdoor living area with infinity pool. And the views! Get ready to see amazing sunsets! We will be back. The house is conveniently located right next to an adorable day spa and just a short walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the house manager Matt. He was accessible and truly amazing to work with. Matt helped us get set-up with a driver upon arrival and made everything simple. Our driver Marty was friendly and very welcoming as well. You will not be disappointed!!! Everything was beautiful and relaxing.

Another Amazing Week at Vivaro

This was our 5th time to Roatan, our 5th time staying at Vivaro, and it has yet to disappoint. The house is still in immaculate condition and the staff is top notch. If you are looking for a place that is close to everything but private and spacious, this is the place. The set up of the house is perfect for a couple families with kids. There is enough indoor and outdoor space for everyone. The kitchen is well appointed, the pool is perfect for relaxing, or for a fun game of beach ball volleyball. If you have any questions, or need anything at all, Matt, the house manager, is extremely responsive and knows the island inside and out. He's very helpful and attentive. The driver, Marty, also responds quicky and is usually available to take you anywhere you want to go, when you need. The cleaning and pool staff are also amazing and seem to get the job done without you even knowing they are there. Tanya is fabulous when booking the house and is a wealth of information. She ensures you are well prepared before you ever arrive. As usual, the trip was amazing, and we cannot wait to go back again.
