Wonderful week!! The view is amazing! There were 10 of us and the house has everything we needed. Great location, short walk down the hill to West End shops and restaurants. Loved it!

Very relaxing. Nice house. Beautiful pool and view.

Nice experience. Very relaxed atmosphere. One suggestion: bring along plenty of insect repellent with deet. I understand it’s hard to find in Roatan and very expensive. The no-see-ums - little bugs that you literally can’t see - can ruin your trip if you don’t keep applying bug repellent all day. You honestly can’t see that you’re getting bitten, but the little red bumps keep appearing and itch worse than a mosquito bite. Our grandson couldn’t sleep a couple of nights because his legs were covered with bites.

Amazing Home and Luxury Roatan Experience

Our group of five had the most incredible stay at this Vivaro home! The house was absolutely gorgeous, with a seamless indoor/outdoor layout that made every moment feel effortless and luxurious. Location was perfect, we were able to walk to all shops and restaurants in West End. The ocean view from the home was stunning, and we were treated to breathtaking sunsets that lit up the sky every single evening. Owner Tanya and island property manager Matt were both fantastic—super responsive and went above and beyond to answer every question we had. The home is thoughtfully curated and has absolutely everything you could need, making our vacation feel truly special. We can’t recommend it enough and will certainly stay again.....hopefully sooner than later!

Amazing property, everything we need and more. Will definitely be booking again!

Communication with host was great, this is a very clean and well maintained house that checks all the boxes. Great outdoor spaces to enjoy sunny days and sunsets

Home in Paradise with Walking Distance to Great Restaurants

We had a perfect, magical stay at the South House! Such a beautiful property with great amenities for our family! Kids loved the swimming pool, parents enjoyed the late afternoon beverages and wind coming off the ocean while seeing a beautiful sunset over the water!

Fantastic home and great location

Recently stayed at the Vivaro South house with two other couples for 10 days. The home was wonderful and the staff outstanding to support our stay. Drinking coffee in the mornings under the cabana while gazing at the waves was so relaxing! The beds were very comfortable and having a bathroom for each bedroom made the space great for our three couples. We walked in to the West Bay area each day to grab lunch, dinner, or to just take a walk. The entire experience was outstanding from booking, welcoming us to the area, regular cleaning by the staff, and check ins from the property manager to ensure everything was good. Would definitely stay here again!

Vivaro Exceeded Expectations

Our party of 6 had high expectations by looking at the pictures online; however, Vivaro exceeded all of those expectations. The house had everything we needed and more. We loved the way the front doors in the front and sliding doors in the back can be opened up to allow a breeze through the house during the day. In the evening, we closed the doors and the AC units quickly cooled down the living area and bedrooms. The Vivaro website and Tanya's emails leading up to our stay helped us plan a great week in Roatan. Matt met us at the house and explained everything we needed to know and texted with us multiple times during the week to ensure everything was going well. This was our first time staying on the island, but we fell in love with the island and this house and will be back.

Stunning Oceanfront Home - Perfect Location

Stunning home right on the open ocean. Easy walk into West End which is by far our favorite part of the island. We can't over-emphasize the advantage of being able to walk into town. Amazing diving as usual this year. Dove with West End Divers and even saw two Seahorses, which is a rare treat.

Great Week in Roatan

Vivaro South House was perfect for our group! The house was gorgeous and Matt was very helpful at lining up different activities for us. The location was also amazing- 5 minute walk to West End restaurants and shops- couldn’t be better! Would love to return someday!

Incredible house and easiest vacation

First, the house/pool are incredible, the pictures don’t begin to do it justice. House is very well maintained and the views from the pool are amazing. Second, they make the stay incredibly easy so you don’t have to worry about a thing. From transportation to activities, they have personnel for everything and will coordinate on your behalf. HIGHLY recommend

Amazing Location and House for a Week with Friends

The photos perfectly capture the beauty and serenity of Vivaro Roatan West End South House. We loved listening to the gentle waves, cooling off in the pool, and relaxing in the shade. Our meals were enjoyed on the outdoor patio, where the sights and sounds of the water, wildlife, and birds kept us company. It was the idyllic place to spend a fantastic week with friends, and the staff—especially Matt and Tanya—were wonderfully responsive and helpful. Great local restaurants, grocery, and other stores with friendly locals a short 5 minute walk away.

I’m so glad the South House lived up to the photos for you! I specifically designed that outdoor patio to capture the sea breeze and the sounds of the island, so it’s wonderful to hear that it became the backdrop for your meals and relaxation. Being just a 5-minute stroll from the restaurants and friendly faces in West End really is the best of both worlds. Great time

Our second trip to Roatan, staying with Vivaro was great again. Matt and Marty, as before, were very helpful. So convenient from the South House to walk into town. Wonderful diving, wonderful food, and weather was perfect. We will be back

Great stay at South House

We have been to many, many places in the Carribean and this is probably the best. Perfect location-easy walk to grocery store, restaurants, boats, beaches in West End (the "Happenin' Place" in Roatan). House was well maintained and exactly as advertised - and at a reasonable price. We will be back.

Simply Amazing

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this property, the people or the location. This was an experience of our lifetime and me, my wife and our two daughters (19 and 23) enjoyed every aspect of this trip. We highly recommend staying here and we are so thankful for everyone from check in to check out that made this trip one we will remember for years to come.

Stunning views! Great amenities.

This oceanfront home on Roatán was everything we hoped for and more. The views of the Caribbean from the deck were absolutely breathtaking, and the infinity pool was a highlight. The house itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and fully stocked with everything we needed. It felt private, peaceful, and safe the entire time. The hosts were welcoming, responsive, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. If you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing escape with million-dollar views and a perfect pool, this is the spot. We can’t wait to come back!

The house is perfect and the staff are fantastic. If we had questions or needed anything the staff made all the arrangements and took great care of us. Amazing house with everything you need, walking distance to the West End, and a wonderful host who will help you with rides, reservations, activities — you name it. Perfect Family Vacation

This home is perfect! From the moment you walk in the open front door to the breathtaking views out the open back door it will take your breath away. The house is clean, and beautifully maintained. The pool is amazing and the location of the house is perfect for doing all that Roatan offers! You will be a walk away from the beach, restaurants and local grocery stores. The ocean breeze will keep you comfortable both day and night. There is nothing better than falling asleep while listening to the waves of the ocean!

beautiful location, lovely home

Wonderful home, excellent service (especially appreciated the answers to all my questions prior to our arrival) This was the first time we (family of 6 - all adults) traveled to Roatan and we had a fabulous time. The house was beautiful and comfortable and in an excellent location allowing us to walk to town, take a water taxi to West Bay beach, etc. We're ready to return. Don't miss this house!!
