The studio apartment features an open-concept layout that includes:

■ Exclusive parking in front of the house; convenient for quickly and easily loading and unloading luggage.

■ New kitchen, complete with appliances and essential cookware for preparing delicious meals.

■ Living area, featuring a 40" Samsung TV and major streaming platforms such as Netflix, Prime, Disney Plus, Discovery, Rai Play, and Mediaset Infinity.
Alexa will be your companion in this living room and can interact with the TV to help you find channels and movies.

■ Bathroom with shower and toilet; hand soap, hair dryer, and towels provided.

■ French-style sofa bed with an additional 8-cm memory foam and aloe vera topper to ensure the best possible rest after a long day.

■ Pantry: Even though the apartment is small, this space offers plenty of room to store everything you need, with shelves and storage units.

■ Closet: Your clothes will be neatly organized in the two-door closet, which includes a drawer for undergarments and a shoe rack.

■ Garden: An exclusive space where you can relax and cook thanks to the built-in BBQ.
