This property was excellent and found to be just like it was advertised. The location is prime right in the center of Florence. All rooms were very spacious and ensuite baths were spectacular. The balconies were a nice plus as well. This property was perfect for our family of seven.

Must book for a true Florence experience close to all major attractions the apartment was better than the photos, the views from the balconies incredible!!

What a wonderful property in Florence! Our family of 6 just enjoyed a weekend here and were thrilled with our accommodations. It is in a perfect, central location giving us an easy walk to most everything we wanted to see! Being able to enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony at the end of the day was a special bonus! After staying at other various properties in Rome, the larger, more modernized bathrooms and showers were very much appreciated!

The property was perfect for our family with a large open floor plan. The bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. We took advantage of the washer and dryer during our weeklong stay. The host was very generous by providing snacks upon our arrival, which was much appreciated after a long travel day. The balconies were great for viewing the sunsets, taking photos, and people watching. The location was absolutely perfect!

The apartment was immaculately clean, well appointed with everything we needed, and the location was perfect. Beautiful view of Ponte Vecchio and a little terrace to sit on at night to listen to the music and watch everyone walk by. Would definitely stay here again!

The location and unit itself are great. Excellent views. We had a problem with the door lock not working the entire time however and could not get adequate assistance requiring us to leave the door unlocked the entire time. Also, they should provide more towels. It is worth knowing that they only provide two keys so this is difficult if you are 4 couples who are not always together.

The location for this property is absolutely perfect. You could not be any closer to Ponte Vecchio or Uffizi. The apartment is very recently renovated and is spacious. We had 7 people staying and we could spread out or meet in common areas like the dining room without any issue. A morning coffee on the terrace overlooking the river was a highlight. The property management was responsive and easy to deal with. The location can't be beat if you are looking to be in the heart of Florence. And, for what it's worth, the showers were also great!

It was hard to find because we had a car and driving to the building is very difficult. It is in the heart of everything, which is great but it means lots of noise until well past midnight in the main bedroom. There was no wine opener. Bathrooms were very nice and bedrooms very nicely appointed. It took us way longer to get to the apartment than we thought because of the crowds etc and our welcome concierge waited patiently as we struggled to find it. The keys to the building entrance are not the easiest to use.

Our stay at the Oro1 Florence Luxury Apartment was wonderful. The management company was so easy to work with. Their communication was timely and they answered every question we had. The apartment is beautiful and had two balconies that overlooked the river, and it is conveniently located. It was clean and had everything that we needed. We would absolutely rent here again.

This apartment might be the best pace we have ever stayed! Exceptional location, extremely well-appointed interior, amazing views of the Arno River and Ponte Vechio bridge from the balconies and fantastic bed and bedding. Each bedroom with its own bathroom is almost impossible to find! Could not have been more pleased with our choice of this place.

Best location in Florence

Thank you for such a wonderful experience. The apartment is clean and beautiful and the location could not be better. We were able to come and go all day long while we shopped and enjoyed the wonderful food and wine.

So great, i rented twice!

Never a bad location when you can walk out on your patio and look at ponte de vecchio. Great restaurants nearby, great gelato nearby and great owner. Nothing bad to say about this place.

Location was great, overlooking the Ponte Vecchion. Apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. Rooms were great with separate bathrooms for each room. Washer/Dryer was very helpful (although you have to allow for many hours to wash and dry). Elevator was necessary for luggage - it was small but adequate. Only issues we had were:This was only a minor inconvenience- We were provided with 2 sets of keys. One for each door. Would have been be better to have had 2 additional sets of keys - one for each room so that we could return to the apartment at separate times. Air conditioning for separate apartment with balcony was inadequate when 28 deg C or higher outdoor temp. Was very hot 27 C (80F) minimum and couldn’t sleep at night due to sweating all night. Other rooms got down to 24 C (75 F) on hot days and 22 C when cooler outside. Fan in main living area was definitely helpful as that space was south facing and had large windows. Other than the air conditioning a great apartment!I would recommend and would stay there again.

I can’t say enough about the classic beauty of this updated rental that overlooks the Arno River and Ponte Vecchio! My family enjoyed the luxury of the apartment and the perfect location! Check in and out was easy, and the manager responded immediately when needed. An unforgettable stay!

The Perfect Villa

Our multi-generational family of 8 fit perfectly in this 4 bedroom, 4 ensuite bathroom apartment (it's so nice for everyone to have their own bathroom). There are two mini-balconies off the living/dining area and one min-balcony off one bedroom. The views of the river at sunset were glorious. Location, location, location! We also enjoyed being able to do a couple loads of laundry in the washer/dryer mid-trip. I would absolutely stay here again.
