Summary:

Enjoy staying in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement with this charming 1-bedroom apartment located on the 2nd floor of a secure residential building (with an elevator). Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required.



The Space:

Welcome to this charming 45 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Rue Réaumur in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



1 double bed, 1 sofa bed. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub.



The living area is a great space to unwind, with a flat-screen tv and dining table and chairs.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: mini fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book



Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you're arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We're flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.



Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



Guest Access:

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.



The Neighborhood:

The 2nd arrondissement is one of Paris’s most vibrant and compact areas, centred around the lively Rue Montorgueil market street and the elegant Place des Victoires. The neighbourhood has a creative, neighbourhood feel — independent restaurants, trendy cafés, covered passages like the Galerie Vivienne, and fashion showrooms all coexist within a few blocks. The Grands Boulevards are close by, and the area connects easily to the Marais and Opera districts.

Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We'll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.

Very nice location, well equipped for cooking. Was very hot during the heat wave (same as most of Paris), but there were a couple of fans provided at least. Check in was an easy automated system.

We loved the locaton of this apartment. We loved how close it was to the metro. It was nice to have a grocery store in the same building. The apartment was clean and very cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Place is a GREAT location, was very clean. The apartment occasionally has a smell and does not have aircon. The fans provided are weak at best, which were insufficient for comfort during a heat wave. We would stay again, provided new fans were provided

The location of the apartment was great. Unfortunately, the bedroom is separated by a door from the adjacent apartment. People talking, playing music in the early morning hours, with the sound feels like coming from inside your bedroom, resulted in very poor sleep.

This is a wonderful spot. While check-in/out is slightly complicated at 1st it is managable and thebhostt does provide plenty of instruction to help guide you through it. Just be sure to read carefully. We truely felt we were living in a Parisian movie in this cute apartment. It was fairly clean and tidy as well. Lack of dish cloth or scrubbies had us using paper towel and very little dish soap. We left come cleaning items behind for the next guests. Very central and walking distance to most of the major sights within a half hour or so. It was the perfect finish tonour European Vacation.

The apartment is spacious, clean, well-located. The building is historic and looks very authentic. the kitchen is fully equipped which is very convenient as you don't have to eat out every time.

The apartment is in a good location, and the self-check-in process was easy with key pick-up in the grocery store next door. The bathroom is quite small, but manageable. The apartment could use a fresh coat of paint, but otherwise relatively clean. For 4 people, it was a bit challenging at meal time as there is only bar seating for two. It could use a small table to eat at. We ended up sitting on the floor and eating at the low coffee table.

The location is A+. So well located with a metro station right across the street and 2 other lines within a 10 min walk. Super well connected to all sites and arrondissements of the city. Neighborhood was safe and fun to walk around, with plenty of cafés and restaurants. The apartment itself is fine. However, a few simple lacks were notable: no kitchen basics were provided (salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil), no kitchen paper towels, only one tea towel was available, ONE single roll of toilet paper was provided (2 people, 6 days) and we were left an empty can of bathroom deodorizer. We ended up purchasing toilet paper and deodorizer. Lacklustre. The place looks clean on the surface but could use a deep cleanse. Having two beds was practical for our situation but the sofa-bed was insufferably uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping on the couch cushions over the mattress. Contact with the owner/manager was easy and we received quick responses. Obtaining the key through the Key Café was slightly complicated (app requires a payable authenticator!) but the return was easy. All in all, the location was worth it, but don’t expect anything spectacular.

Property was clean and location was adequate. Nonetheless, the Key to the property was kept at a "Key Cafe", and over an hour was spent trying to locate this Key Cafe. The owner assumed we knew what this was, and furthermore failed to tell us it was located in the grocery store near by. NOTE: Even the employees of the grocery store were not aware this so called Key Cafe was in their store, so how were we ever going to find it?? Very frustrating! Lastly, the deadbolt on the apartment door was very difficult to lock/unlock, and single bath was very small. I try to go out of my way to leave positive reviews. Unfortunately I can not do that in this situation. I would not use this service again.

Location

No frills, all about location. The apartment picks up a little of the metro sound & rumble under the ground in case you aren't used to that. Cleanliness was fine the bathroom sink is kind of deteriorating (moldy wood), but everything else was fine. There was no dish soap provided which I enquired about and was told it is not provided. I suggested it should, given there are dishes provided and that's why and I others book places like these. Though there was shampoo and body wash packets given, which was nice but a bit confusing given the soap conversation with the hosts. That being said, in addition to plates, cups, silverware, there are 3 pots (no pans) and two wooden spoons to cook with, so I wouldn't advise staying here if you need to prepare meals. I cooked two meals before I couldnt again, since I couldnt wash anything. For a 5 day/4 night stay I was given one small roll of toilet paper. I messaged the host and they suggested I buy more and they would reimburse me if I needed. I understand not wanting people to take extra, but I think 2 rolls for a 5 day/4night stay would have been nice, especially for a lady. The bed was incredibly firm for my liking and tough to get comfortable. The check in out was super easy and I really appreciated the videos and descriptions with all the necessary information needed, which made everything so easy. The area is a gem and being above a grocery store and many restaurants/shops was very convenient. The host was communicative & timely.

The apartment was very nice and in a great location. It is near a metro entrance as well as near areas of interest, restaurants, shops etc. I would have given them a five star review except that we had a couple of issues that were unable to be resolved with management and still have not been. Customer support did their best but management was unresponsive. We chose the apartment in part because it was advertised as having a washer and dryer. The dryer icon appears to be a dryer machine like we have in the US. However, this was not the case, nor was the washer a combo washer and dryer even though customer support implied that it was at first. The "dryer " was a clothes drying rack. This seemed to be a major misrepresentation of the situation. There was also no toilet paper or hand soap is n the bathroom. I requested a reduction of the payment but there has been no action despite several contacts with customer support.

As for the missing bathroom supplies, this was a one-time oversight on our side that has since been resolved, with toilet paper and hand soap now restocked before every arrival.
