Absolutely first class accommodation. The location was superb. Cleanliness was second to none. Off street parking not an issue. Andrew, the host, wast there at the drop of a hat with communications. We definitely recommend and we will be returning.

I can only echo what has been said in earlier reviews. Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean in an excellent location. Host was very helpful and responded quickly to any queries. Would definitely stay there again if we return to Skipton.

Well worth it. Great location, yet quiet enough during the night.All areas very clean, modern & stylish.Well equipped kitchen, lots of storage throughout.We had a relaxed break, with everything we needed on hand.Parking no problem, thanks to Andrews advice.

The property is very clean and communication from Andrew was excellent. The flat is so convenient to park your car and walk everywhere in town. We always enjoy the walking path by the Skipton Castle and the canal boat ride.The flat is centrally located, and I’m a light sleeper and slept very well and a comfortable bed. Thank you for a lovely home, the coffee and tea were a nice touch. We will be back!

Just back from a weekend in Skipton - would happily stay here again. Host (Andrew) was great from start to finish. Kept us informed throughout, met us on time, explained everything and, a bonus, was able to show us where to park for free. Flat was ideally situated for us, a short walk to the canal basin and Skipton shopping streets. It’s also beautifully appointed with all we needed and was spotlessly clean. We had a great stay and this flat definitely contributed to that. Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay, the location was very central with everything being a short walk away. The flat had everything we needed, it was tastefully decorated and very clean. Andrew was an excellent host, he was very good at keeping in touch about the booking. We will definitely stay here again.

The most perfect flat for 2 adults , host goes above and beyond with check in , helps car parking etc , flat is in central skipton minutes from pubs , town centre and restaurants. Highly recommend and the price is the best around. Thankyou so much we really enjoyed our 2 night stay .

This was our second stay here, the flat is in a fantastic location. It is spacious, tastefully decorated and has everything you need for your stay. My husband uses a mobility scooter, we were able to lift the scooter easily up the 3 steps into the flat. Andrew is the perfect host, as soon as the booking was made Andrew was in constant touch to nake sure our stay went smoothly. We love Skipton and will definitely stay here again.

Great flat, great location

We enjoyed a fabulous stay at Andrews brand new flat who was the perfect host i must add, tastefully decorated throughout that makes you feel at home most importantly a really comfortable bed for a good nights sleep. Only a short walk into town.

Tim was an excellent guest. We communicated well prior to his arrival and he let me know once he had checked out. He was courteous and respectful and left the the property in a clean and tidy condition. I would highly recommend him to any future hosts.

From start to finish Andrew was amazing. We first met Andrew as we got out of the car he pointed out to us where to park so we didn’t have to pay car parking charges (we did fall quite lucky to be fair). As we entered the apartment it was so lovely and clean kept so nice. It is very modern and cosy. The kitchen has everything you need to cook if you want to. Overall we had such a lovely time in Skipton. So much so we’ve booked the property again for the Christmas markets. Andrew was such a good host so friendly and accommodating and the location was spot on only 3 mins walk from the high street where the markets are and only 5 mins walk to the castle. We definitely would take another break in Skipton next year and book the same property

Excellent stay

Our stay was fantastic. Our host Andrew could not have been more helpful. He was very approachable, friendly, and ensured everything was place to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!!

This property was lovely. Very clean plus very think you needed and warm. There are 2 steps as you walk in, but you are on the level after that. Car parking on street or in paid car park across the road. A short walk to the canal and high street which have plenty of shops and places to eat. We will definitely be booking again.

Spotlessly clean apartment.Excellent location- minutes walk to Skipton centre .Great communication with the host Andrew who met us at the apartment with the key, showed us round and had even kept us a parking spot right at the side of the apartment. Very impressed.

A super, clean, comfortable and central apartment in Skipton. Sumptuously soft carpets, a big sofa to relax into. Fabulous kitchen with everything you could want. Big shower and super clean bathroom.Sublime bedding and silent overnight meaning a great sleep.A few minutes to Skipton High Street.Michael is a delight and a great host with excellent communucation.

Just Perfect.

Absolutely delightful appt. Perfect in every way for us Lovely comfortable bed and sofa bed, adequate kitchen facilities, good shower, all very cosy and comfortable. Excellent location for us as we found all the short cuts to the main high street within a couple of minutes which we thought would be much further, the walk to the bus station was much quicker and easier than we thought which was ideal for our trip to Grassington, so couldn't have been anywhere better. Andrew was a great host and extremely helpful which meant a lot to us. Couldn't have found anything better for facilities and location and would most certainly recommend this place. Thank you Andrew, we had a lovely time, much appreciated. Ann & Frances.

Very clean and comfortable small flat which we were very lucky to find at short notice when our holiday cottage booking was cancelled by the owner due to a problem with the shower.The flat is totally as advertised and is ideal for anybody looking for a short stay location; good shower room, comfy bed and lounge area.Andrew is an extremely helpful and hospitable host.

I came across this accommodation as a last minute booking but what a little gem! The flat was immaculate and we appreciated the little luxurious touches. Host was very welcoming and the property was right in the centre of Skipton.Would definitely recommend this property.
