Providing a relaxing environment for our guests is always our main goal. We also truly appreciate your honest feedback regarding the pool area. Please accept our apologies for the issues you experienced, and thank you for bringing the broken tiles to our attention. Our maintenance team will taking action immediately to have them repaired. Regardin the ants, we are so sorry for the inconvenience this caused during your stay. With the high summer heat in Lanzarote, ants can unfortunately become a persistent issue and are sometimes very difficult to eradicate completely. However, we are scheduling a full pest control treatment right away to ensure this is properly taken care of for our future guests. Your feedback is invaluable to us, as it directly helps us improve our properties and services. Despite these drawbacks, we sincerely hope you had a wonderful holiday overall, and we would love to welcome you back again on your next visit to Lanzarote!
